A•U•M Retreat returns to The Trace at Oak Lake this September 24-27 in Havelock, Ontario🍁

We will gather for 4 days, 3 nights of quiet reflection, intentionally guided yoga practices, farm-to-table harvest-inspired meals curated by Leaf+Bone, workshops and so much more!

There are a variety of accommodations to choose from including private chalets, as well as semi-private or shared queen/ king cabins.

This training is rooted in trauma-sensitive teaching, functional movement, and an understanding that every body and nervous system is different. The program is for those who want to:

✨ Understand yoga beyond shapes
✨ Learn how to teach in a way that is supportive, choice-based, and respectful
✨ Deepen their own practice through study, reflection, and lived experience

The training includes:
• functional asana and anatomy-informed sequencing
• comparative anatomy and individualized alignment
• clear, accessible cueing and intelligent class design
• yoga philosophy integrated into daily life
• meditation and pranayama for awareness and regulation
• subtle body studies and energetic awareness
• nervous-system education for sustainable practice
