**Halfway. Fifty days. Fifty shifts.**

One of the commitments I made to myself was that every day, I would intentionally focus on one area of my life and make one small shift to bring myself back into alignment.

Not a complete overhaul.

Just one honest shift.

As part of that practice, I've been removing one brick each day from a mirror I painted over. With every brick that comes off, a little more of my reflection is revealed.

It's become a beautiful reminder that personal growth isn't about becoming someone new...

It's about uncovering who we've been beneath the stories, habits, and patterns all along.

That's exactly what inspired the Six Point Life framework.

Small shifts.
Practiced consistently.
Creating meaningful change over time.

If you're curious about looking at your own life through a different lens, I've made the introduction to Six Point Life available free on my website.

I'm also putting the finishing touches on a small group program where we'll explore this process together. More details coming soon... ❤️

**Not everything that drains you is dramatic.**

Sometimes it's the boundary you never set.

The conversation you keep avoiding.

The habit that's quietly pulling you away from the life you want to live.

In Six Point Life, I call these **Life Leaks**.

They're often small enough to ignore...

until one day you're running on empty.

The good news?

Once you notice a leak, you can begin to repair it.

**Before burnout comes something much quieter...**

That subtle feeling that something is "off."

Most of us ignore it.
We push through.
Stay busy.
Promise ourselves we'll deal with it later.

In Six Point Life, I call this **The Wobble**.

Not because something is broken...

But because your life is asking for your attention.

The Wobble isn't the problem.

It's the invitation.

The Wobble is that subtle feeling that something feels off—even when life looks fine on the surface.

Most of us ignore it.

Push through it.

Tell ourselves we'll deal with it later.

What if the Wobble isn't something to fix?

What if it's simply asking us to pay attention?

That's where Six Point Life begins.

What if you’ve been trying to solve the wrong problem?

Most of us have been taught that change begins with more discipline.

Eat better.
Exercise more.
Be more patient.
Try harder.

Those things matter.

But what if lasting change doesn’t begin with changing your behaviour…

What if it begins with changing the way you observe yourself?

That’s the foundation of Six Point Life.

Not judgment.
Not perfection.
Not trying to become someone else.

Just learning to see yourself through a different lens—with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.

Because you can’t shift a pattern until you’ve noticed it.

If this resonates, I’d love to invite you to explore the free introduction to Six Point Life and discover a new way of understanding yourself.

Before next week begins, take a moment and ask yourself:

Where in my life does something feel slightly off right now?

Not dramatically.
Not catastrophically.

Just subtly out of alignment.

Maybe it’s your energy.
Your relationships.
Your stress levels.
Your habits.
Your boundaries.
Your nervous system.
Your environment.

You don’t need to fix everything tonight.

Just notice it.

Awareness is where the shift begins.

One of the biggest misconceptions about burnout or misalignment is that people think it always looks like falling apart.

Often, it doesn’t.

Sometimes it looks like:
being productive
holding everything together
showing up for everyone else
getting things done
and quietly disconnecting from yourself in the process.

You can be highly functional and still feel exhausted, restless, emotionally overwhelmed, or subtly off inside.

That’s part of what Six Point Life explores.

Not just what’s happening on the surface — but what’s happening underneath it.

Awareness matters.

But awareness alone doesn’t change the system.

The shift does.

That’s where the alchemy happens.

One honest adjustment.
Repeated consistently over time.

That’s how people slowly return to steadiness.

That’s the heart of Six Point Life.

Healing doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like:
slowing down,
resting,
being honest about your limits,
and learning not to abandon yourself trying to hold everything together.

That’s been one of my own shifts lately.

And honestly?
It’s changed more than forcing ever did.

Small shifts matter.
