A puja is, before anything else, an offering.
An offering of time.
An offering of presence.
For thousands of years, people have gathered at the Solstices to mark these turning points in nature.
The Summer Solstice is the peak of light: the longest day of the year, strong sun, fire, movement, life fully awake.
A Gong Puja is an all‑night sound ceremony.
The gongs are played gently and continuously while you rest and sleep.
It is not a show or a performance.
It is a steady field of sound designed to support your nervous system and invite your body into deep restoration.
It’s a way of coming together with clear intention, to step out of “normal” time for a while and honor something bigger than our to‑do lists.
You arrive with your mattress, blankets and pillows and make yourself comfortable.
Some people sleep deeply.
Some float between sleep and meditation.
Some simply lie quietly and listen as the body slowly unwinds.
Through the night, the sound becomes like an invisible force in the room: soft, repetitive, alive.
Bit by bit, something inside starts to reorganize.
Breath deepens, muscles soften, the mind quiets, and the body gets a break from “go, go, go” mode.
The medicine of a puja is subtle yet remarkably profound.
It reminds us that not everything has to be intense to be powerful.
Sometimes the biggest shifts happen through softness, repetition and rest.
This is a completely substance‑free gathering.
No psychedelics. No stimulants. No need to chase an “experience.”
Just sound.
Stillness.
Resonance.
An entire night offered to reconnect with Yourself and to something bigger beneath the noise of the world.
