Join Lori this Saturday, January 10th at Mystica Costa Rica's magical 'la esencia' jungle shala from 9 - 10:15am for a special Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Class. ☯️

This class will be a beautiful combination of the active, sequenced flow of invigorating Vinyasa with the reflective stillness of postures held for 2-3 minutes to support the engagement/stretching to go deep into connective tissue & fascia. 🙏✨

Mystica has been operating for over 30 years now, and for more than half of that time we have been cultivating and nurturing the aspect of the business where we host intimate groups (maximum 20-22 people) at our beautiful, tropical oasis for body + soul. 🦋

We have a Yoga sanctuary called 'La Esencia' in the jungle by the Naranjos Agrios river, a dipping pool with a waterfall, a meditation labyrinth based in Sacred Geometry, and two treatment rooms for wellness therapies including a Treehouse and a Crystal Cabin.

Mystica has 12 accommodations in total, and our restaurant with an outdoor terrace specializes in delicious and nourishing Italian, Costa Rican, and International cuisine. 😋

MONDAY to FRIDAY: 5 - 8:30 PM
SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 12 - 8:30PM

Join us for a delicious meal 'hecho con amor' (made with love) based in Italian & International Cuisine and enjoy our spectacular view of the Arenal lake & volcano! 💗

Some of our most popular dishes include our thin crust Pizzas made in the 30 + year old wood burning oven, homemade Pastas such as Ravioli with spinach & cheese and Fettuccine with pesto, our Rainbow Salad, and who can forget the desserts? 😋Banoffi (banana cream pie), Tortino (warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream), Panna Cotta (Italian caramel flan), and more....
