Aluna Living was created when I was beginning to awaken to deep inner knowing and universal lessons. This journey that I have been on has inspired me to share what I have learned through observing nature, practicing yoga, meditation, and studying herbalism and permaculture. All of these disciplines have led me to the path of being of service to others and Mother Earth. One of the main lessons that I teach is one of unconditional love and support. I know many of us have heard of this before but few of us actually practice this consistently and it's not our fault. Unfortunately many of us have been raised in such a way that we are constantly surrounded by so many distractions, unhealthy food, and negative energy. We have manipulated in such a way that, we have accepted this disorder, and dissonance as normal. This couldn't be further from the truth your natural state is BALANCE & VITALITY!! I help people through teaching practices that bring you order and support you to detach from illusions, negative self-talk, programming, and habits that don't serve you. I do this in a variety of ways including:
Breath-work, Meditation, Yoga, Chakra alignment, and Herbal & Nutritional protocols, Distance Reiki Sessions, and New Moon Women's Circles. I'm here to remind you of your potential and that you are not alone. You have the power to create the lifestyle, relationships, and community that you desire. We have to begin by bringing order to ourSELVES, through unwavering love and acceptance. Then we can be balanced vessels of service to our loved ones, communities, the planet, and the collective which is LIMITLESS and so are YOU!! Wholeness and Love🙌🏻✨💜

Wishing you a time of awakening to what is alive for you.
Happy New moon & solar eclipse in Leo 🧡

Singing you awake
I see the tremble of the wind in the flowers as it passes by
I watch the dragon fly gliding with the gentle breeze
The river flora sways and ebbs as the stream caresses
I hear the song of the river, nature’s lullaby
Not lulling you to sleep but waking you up to the gift of this precious moment
I listen carefully for the ancient whispers
I watch the masterpiece of light dancing on the water reflecting on the lush green maples shading me from the sun.
I feel as though I’m returning home
Even though I’ve never left
The illusion that we must search far reaching lands is lost on me
I know the truth and it continues to grow within me everyday now
It’s confirmed with every breath I take
Spirit breathing me
As the sunlight touches my skin
I drink in the luminous light
All at once I know that I could never lose what I have
It’s written in my soul
Unbroken
Protected in the unseen
Being heard by those who listen
Maybe you’ll hear it in the river song
Singing you awake

Embracing self-love means honoring every part of your journey, even the painful moments. Sometimes it’s the deepest wounds that point you back to the path you were always meant to be on.
Healing isn’t easy, but it’s where you find your true strength and rediscover your worth.
Every setback is a step toward your most aligned self.

Lately I’ve been aligning myself over and over to a state of love. It’s not focused on an object but rather on the infinite source of love.

It’s from this place I choose to connect to and from this place I know as stay awake to the messages, people I came across, synchronicities. I am guided to exactly where I need to be.

Feeling disconnected? Here are some ways you can come back to back home to yourself:

✍️Journaling:
free form writing in the morning to release all your “negative” chatter
And in the evening to program your subconscious for what you want to create
🧘🏻‍♀️Movement after Journaling:
Mix of Qi-gong, Kundalini, and Vinyasa Yoga
Self-Regulation Breathing Practices:
Alternate Nostril Breath, Box Breath, Breath of Fire
🙏🏻Meditation:
Focusing on something steady like your breath, counting a number and focus on your third eye
💃🏻Dance/ Free form Movement
shaking, moving chest, spine, hips expressing the energy that you hold in your body
🎨Creative Expression:
Let you inner artist lead the way!

When we are at home in our bodies we can take actions that are self-honoring and show the world around us where to meet us.

What is the first thing you do in the morning?

I’d like to say the first thing I do is a
Daily Check in
Meditation
Drink a herbal tea
but it’s not always true.

Sometimes
I wake up and ruminate about the past..
I think of all the things that need to get done and get overwhelmed..
I check my emails and social media
And you know what? That’s okay

It’s okay to not ALWAYS do the mindfulness practices.

Why?
Because it’s good to have contrast.
It gives us evidence of what practices are actually beneficial and those that maybe we’ve outgrown.

One practice that I have been coming back to again and again is a daily check in.

Sometimes I also add:
What does my inner child need?
What does my inner masculine need?
What does my inner feminine?

It’s important that these questions resonate with you. Here an invitation to make them your own.

So much potency in these last breaths of the year.

Yule time, the winter solstice and the last new moon gives us a sense of both completion and a sense of new beginnings on the horizon.

This year has been one of the most challenging and beautiful. Learning that pleasure and pain are ultimately interwoven. That we get to chose were we put our attention and thoughts.
I’m not saying it’s easy when you’ve been wronged or bad things happen.
I’m just saying that we are POWERFUL
We get to chose how much these things impact us and in what way. 💪🕊️✨
I’ve learned so much about myself and there is still so much to be discovered.
I’m grateful I’m learning to accept the challenges as teachers on my path. I appreciate all the support, relationships, love and inspiration that is around me.
May those who have offered their guidance, support and skills receive what they’ve given 10 fold!

Sending a prayer to all beings to remember the unshakable love that you are and are inseparable from.

Look forward to share what I’m alchemizing coming in 2023!!
