How do we cope with feelings of not being enough or doing enough on this platform?
Our whole lives we are pushed to do, do, do. To perform. I’ve done enough work to release these false beliefs and live the sacred feminine way of actually listening to my body and mind, and honouring their capacities. Instead of hustling through life.
Yet I find myself struggling with Instagram. I want to share about my work, my life, but I don’t want to be glued to my phone. I think I don’t have the perfect content or photos.
It’s tough - navigating this online world.
I hope one day it will feel easier for me to share and that the stress of it will just melt away.
For now I will share that this Sunday will be my last Cacao & Vinyasa Flow class at Invictus until July. My family and I are taking a much needed break 😎
