Vanaf 1 augustus 2025 is het fictief rendement voor de Curaçaose Beleggingsvennootschap (CBV) verhoogd van 4% naar 10%. Ook is de gebruikelijkloonregeling uitgebreid naar voorheen vrijgestelde vennootschappen. Deze wijziging heeft fiscale gevolgen voor aandeelhouders van een Curaçaose beleggingsvennootschap (CBV) en directeur-grootaandeelhouders (DGA) van vennootschappen.
