Holina Village Cyprus runs two specialist addiction recovery residential programmes on the same working farm in Achnas — the Adults Programme and the Young Persons Programme, held together inside one therapeutic community.

The Adults Programme is psychotherapeutic and behavioural-health focused. The Young Persons Programme puts movement, sport and outdoor challenge at the core of treatment.

Both share the same land, the same community model, and a minimum stay of four weeks with twelve weeks recommended.

Holina in Cyprus is expanding! We are looking for dedicated, responsible 12-Step Counsellors in active recovery to support patients at our two beautiful residential recovery centers: Holina Village and Holina Executive.

If you are passionate about helping others walk the path of recovery and want to make a difference in a serene Mediterranean environment, we want to hear from you!

📋 Key Requirements:
Background: Ideally from Europe or eligible to receive a visa (with a clean criminal record).

Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the 12-Step Recovery disease model of Tx.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of personal recovery and at least 2 years of professional experience in the field.

Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment (following a 90-day probation period).

All candidates are assessed based on qualifications, certifications, and lived experience.
