MEDICA Medical Centre is a new state-of-the-art Medical Centre that has recently opened in Limassol, offering its population high quality medical services in a comfortable and a modern environment, within the framework of the General Health System (GESY).

The new Medical Centre is located in a 4-floor building, housing internists, doctors from numerous specialties as well as among others includes a Clinical Laboratory, Radiology Centre, Endoscopy Department, and a Wellness and Aesthetics Centre providing the patients high quality services.

Η Δρ. Ευφροσύνη - Μαρία Πάτρα γεννήθηκε στη Χίο. Μετά την αποφοίτησή της εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Ιωαννίνων, όπου φοίτησε από το 2006 έως το 2012. Εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενη ιατρός Γενικής Χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χίου για τα επόμενα 2 χρόνια.

Η εκπαίδευση στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία ξεκίνησε στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων Πεντέλης το 2016. Συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της σε νοσοκομεία ενηλίκων, και συγκεκριμένα στο Γ.Ν.Α. «Κοργιαλένειο-Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» (2018–2019) και στο Γ.Ν.Ν.Θ.Α. «Η Σωτηρία» (2019–2021), όπου ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητα και απέκτησε τον τίτλο της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.

Έχει συμμετάσχει σε εκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα, σεμινάρια και συνέδρια με παρουσιάσεις περιστατικών.

Απο το 2022 εργάζεται ως ειδικός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος και ασχολείται με λαρυγγολογικές και ρινολογικές παθήσεις, καθώς και διαταραχές ακοής και ιλίγγου.

Dr. Efrosyni - Maria Patra was born on the island of Chios, Greece. Following her graduation, she was admitted to the University of Ioannina School of Medicine, where she studied from 2006 to 2012. She then completed two years of General Surgery residency training at Chios General Hospital.

Her specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) began in 2016 at Penteli Children's Hospital. She continued her residency at adult hospitals, including Korgialenio-Benakio Hellenic Red Cross General Hospital of Athens (2018–2019) and "Sotiria" General Hospital for Diseases of the Chest of Athens (2019–2021), where she successfully completed her specialty training and obtained her certification as an ENT Specialist.

Dr. Patra has actively participated in numerous educational courses, seminars, and medical conferences, presenting a variety of clinical cases.

Since 2022, she has been practicing as a Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otorhinolaryngologist), with a particular clinical interest in laryngology, rhinology, and the diagnosis and management of hearing disorders and vertigo.

Ο Δρ Γιώργος Αχιλλέως γεννήθηκε στη Λεμεσό και αποφοίτησε από το Λανίτειο Λύκειο Β΄. Μετά τη στρατιωτική του θητεία ως έφεδρος αξιωματικός της Εθνικής Φρουράς, σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Semmelweis της Βουδαπέστης, από όπου αποφοίτησε το 1996.

Με την επιστροφή του στην Κύπρο εργάστηκε στο δημόσιο σύστημα υγείας και στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στην Εσωτερική Παθολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λεμεσού, ολοκληρώνοντας την ειδικότητά του το 2006.

Έκτοτε δουλεύει στο Ιδιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Υγεία Πολυκλινική στη Λεμεσό, κυρίως στο Τμήμα Ατυχημάτων και Επειγόντων Περιστατικών, ενώ κατέχει πιστοποιήσεις ALS, ATLS και EPALS.

Από τον Μάιο του 2026 είναι εγγεγραμμένος ως Προσωπικός Ιατρός του ΓεΣΥ και μέλος της ιατρικής ομάδας του Medica Medical Centre στη Λεμεσό.

Dr Georgios Achilleos was born in Limassol, Cyprus, and graduated from Lanition Lyceum B. Following his military service as an army cadet officer in the National Guard, he studied Medicine at Semmelweis University in Budapest, graduating in 1996.

After returning to Cyprus, he completed his medical training in the public healthcare sector and subsequently specialized in Internal Medicine at Limassol General Hospital, completing his training in 2006.

He has since been serving at Ygia Polyclinic Private Hospital in Limassol, primarily in the Accident & Emergency Department, and holds certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS).

Since May 2026, he has been registered as a GESY Personal Doctor and is a member of the medical team at Medica Medical Centre in Limassol.
