From Addiction to Freedom

A Hypnotherapy Transformation Story

David, 42, a successful executive. From the outside, he had everything under control — a demanding career, financial stability, a family he loved.

But every evening, something changed.

At around 6 PM, his mind would begin repeating the same thought:

“I deserve a drink. I need to switch off.”

One glass became two. Two became three.

And slowly, alcohol stopped being something David chose and became something he felt he needed.

He was drinking because he didn’t know how to feel calm without it.

David came to hypnotherapy after realizing that alcohol was beginning to take things from him — his energy, his sleep, his mental clarity, and most importantly, his presence with the people he loved.

He told me:

“I don’t want alcohol to control my evenings anymore.”

During the hypnotherapy process, we worked beneath the surface of the habit.

As David entered a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, we explored the emotional experiences connected to his pattern of drinking.

He began to understand that alcohol had become associated with relief, escape and safety.

At some point in his life, his subconscious had learned:

Stress → Alcohol → Relief.

That connection had become automatic.

David was guided to look at that old coping strategy from the perspective of the man he had become.

The younger version of him had found a way to survive overwhelming emotions.

But David no longer needed that strategy.

He could learn new ways to regulate stress, release tension and feel safe within himself.

We began creating a new association:

Stress → Breathe → Regulate → Choose.

Alcohol no longer represented his only escape.

It became a choice he could consciously question rather than an automatic response.

Over the following weeks, David began noticing something different.

The familiar 6 PM trigger no longer carried the same emotional intensity.

When stress appeared, he became more aware of what was happening inside him.
He could pause.Breathe.Choose.
And that small pause created something incredibly powerful:
Freedom.

Send me a DM with the word FREEDOM and let's talk about how hypnotherapy may support you.

From Fear of Being Seen to Speaking Freely: Mesut’s Transformation ✨

Mesut came to me with a deep fear of being seen, expressing himself, and speaking freely.

Growing up, he was constantly criticized, compared, and corrected:
“Don’t stand like that.”
“Don’t say that.”
“What will people think?”
“Just be quiet.”

Over time, these repeated messages taught him to stay hidden, avoid confrontation, and constantly overthink everything he said.
Eventually, this hesitation affected his self-confidence and held him back from promoting his own business.

⚜️ What happened during our first RTT session?
We went directly to the root: healing his wounded inner child and addressing his relationship with his mother.
In hypnosis, Mesut finally expressed what he had been holding inside for years. He released the emotional weight, spoke his truth, and ultimately chose forgiveness.
Then came one of the most powerful moments.
As he spoke to his inner child—telling him how deeply loved, valued, and worthy he truly is—a wide, genuine smile appeared on his face. ❤️

After nearly 6 years of practicing hypnotherapy, this was one of the brightest smiles I have ever witnessed after a hypnosis session.
✨️
And then came the real surprise.
Right after the session, Mesut sat in front of the camera and recorded a video.
No hiding.
No hesitation.
No fear of judgment.
Just effortless, natural self-expression.

✨ What holds us back today can sometimes come from a part of us that learned to protect itself long ago.
When we begin to heal that part, something can shift—not only in the way we feel, but also in the way we show up in the world.

The truth is, you don’t have to wait for any external circumstance to begin feeling differently.

Sometimes, we want to attract something new into our lives, yet we continue to carry the same old beliefs:

I’m not good enough.I’m not supported.I don’t deserve it.Things never work out for me.I won’t succeed.

⚜️ The first step is to notice what you are ready to leave behind.

Take a piece of paper and write without censoring yourself:

What belief, fear, pattern, or story am I no longer willing to carry with me?

Write down whatever comes to you.

Then tear up the paper.

Not because a simple gesture can magically change your reality, but because a symbolic action can mark a conscious decision:

“This is a story I have carried with me. But it doesn’t have to be my story forever.”

✨ Then comes the most important part.

Don’t just ask yourself:

“What do I want to manifest?”

Ask yourself:

“How do I want to feel?”

Maybe you want love.Maybe you want abundance.Maybe you want safety.Maybe you want freedom.Maybe you want peace.Maybe you want to feel enough.

Now look for where that feeling already exists in your life.

Maybe you feel love in a relationship you already have.Maybe you experience abundance through the simple things you have today.Maybe you feel supported by someone you love.Maybe you feel free when you go for a walk by yourself.Maybe you feel peaceful on a morning when you don’t have to rush.

Don’t wait for your dream to come true before allowing yourself to experience that feeling.

Start noticing it where it already exists.

📝 And then, write a letter to yourself.

“Dear me,

Today, I choose to feel...

I feel supported.I feel safe.I feel enough.I feel open to possibilities.

I am grateful for what already exists in my life.

I notice what is working.I notice the love.I notice the abundance.I notice all the things I may have once taken for granted, and today I choose to appreciate them.

I am no longer waiting for the perfect moment to start living differently.

Today, I choose to take one step toward the version of myself I want to become.

What are you ready to leave behind to make space for a new version of yourself?

He walked into his session carrying fear. He walked out smiling, lighter, and ready to show up on camera for the first time.

That genuine reaction right after his first hypnotherapy session was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we clear the subconscious blocks holding us back.

Seeing someone reconnect with their innate power and step forward with real confidence is truly priceless. 💙

Thank you for allowing me to share a glimpse of your journey.

🧠 Why Can Hypnotherapy Create Such Profound Change?

Our brain operates at different brainwave frequencies.
As adults, we spend most of our time in the Beta state—the state in which we analyze, judge, plan, and solve the challenges of everyday life.

However, during our first years of life, between the ages of 0 and 8, the brain functions predominantly in the Theta state. This is the period when the subconscious mind is formed. Children absorb everything they see, hear, and experience without filtering or analyzing it.

This is how deeply rooted beliefs are created, such as:
👉 I’m not good enough.
👉 I’m not worthy of love.
👉 I have to be perfect to be accepted.

These programs continue to influence our choices, relationships, and emotional reactions even in our 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

✨ Hypnotherapy is not about losing control.
It is about entering a deeply relaxed and focused state, similar to the moment between sleep and wakefulness, where the conscious mind becomes quieter and the subconscious becomes more receptive to change.

In this state, we can identify the origin of limiting patterns, work with beliefs that no longer serve us, and create healthier emotional responses and behaviors.

❓ How is it different from other forms of therapy?
Talk therapy can provide clarity, support, and a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences. For many people, it is an incredibly valuable process.

Hypnotherapy has a different focus: it works directly with the subconscious mind, where many of the automatic patterns that influence your emotions, behaviors, and decisions were formed. For this reason, some people experience meaningful changes in a shorter period of time, because the process goes beyond understanding the problem—it also aims to change the subconscious patterns that keep it in place.

It’s not about losing control.
It’s a therapeutic process that gives your mind the opportunity to let go of outdated programming and create new patterns that support the life you want to live.

💙 When the subconscious changes, the way you think, feel, choose, and experience life changes too

If someone had told you this 20 years ago, you might have seen your life through very different eyes.

There is a wound that people rarely talk about.

You can't see it.
It doesn't always have a name.
But you can feel it.

It's that quiet feeling that, no matter how much you achieve, it never quite feels like enough.

You can be successful.
You can be appreciated.
You can build a life that others admire.

And yet, deep inside, you still feel as though something is missing.

Psychology suggests that these feelings can sometimes be traced back to the very first important relationship in our lives: the relationship with our mother.

This isn't about blame.

It's about understanding.

When a child feels seen, heard, and loved, they learn a fundamental truth:

"I am worthy. I am enough."

But when a mother is unable to be emotionally available—perhaps because of her own wounds, trauma, or life circumstances—the child may come to a painful conclusion:

"I have to do more to be loved."

And that's when the adaptation begins.

They become the responsible one.

The caregiver.

The one who hides their own emotions.

Sometimes, a child ends up carrying burdens that were never theirs to carry.

Years later, that child grows into a strong, empathetic, and capable adult.

Yet, deep inside, they still believe they have to constantly prove their worth.

But here's the truth:

Maybe you were never the problem.

Maybe you've been carrying a story that began long before you had the words to understand it.

And the good news is this:

What was shaped in childhood can be understood, healed, and transformed.

❤️ Healing begins the moment you stop blaming yourself and start understanding yourself.

How many times have you delayed a decision just because you weren’t sure what others would think?

So many of us were taught, without even realizing it, to seek validation from those around us before trusting our own choices.

Before saying a genuine “yes” or “no,” the questions creep in:
▫️ What will they think?
▫️ What if I make a mistake?
▫️ What if they judge me?

Slowly, the voices of others become louder than our own inner guidance.

We start doubting our feelings, justifying every step, and constantly looking for external confirmation that we’re on the right track.

But your intuition never truly leaves you.
It just gets buried under fear, old conditioning, and the deep desire to belong.

Maybe growth isn’t about getting everyone’s approval.
Maybe it’s about learning to trust yourself, even when no one else is validating your path.

Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:
✨ If I didn’t need anyone’s approval... what would I choose for my life?

💬 I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. What is your inner voice telling you today?

A 28-year-old client came to me for hypnotherapy because she was living with constant anxiety, an overwhelming fear of becoming seriously ill, and a deep fear of being alone.

She was constantly scanning her body, convinced that every ache, pain, or unusual sensation meant something was terribly wrong. She visited doctor after doctor, underwent countless medical tests, and every result came back the same: she was physically healthy.

Yet the fear remained.

She also shared that she often stayed in relationships not because of love, but because she was terrified of feeling abandoned and alone.

Anxiety had stolen her joy. She stopped doing the things she loved, rarely saw her friends, had little energy, and often felt like crying. Nothing seemed to make her happy anymore.

During our hypnotherapy sessions, we explored the experiences that may have been contributing to these fears.

At the age of five, her father left the family. For a child, experiences like this can deeply affect their sense of safety and connection. As a little girl, she would often tell her mother she couldn't breathe. Medical tests never found anything physically wrong. Sometimes, our bodies express what our emotions cannot yet put into words.

We worked together over five hypnotherapy sessions.

From the very first session, meaningful changes began to emerge.

Today, her life is completely different.

✨ She plays tennis.
✨ She spends time with friends.
✨ She laughs again.
✨ She has energy.
✨ She makes plans for the future.
✨ She enjoys life without constantly checking her body for signs of illness or seeking security in unhealthy relationships.

She has rediscovered peace, confidence, and the freedom to truly live.

Sometimes anxiety, health anxiety, and the fear of being alone are about much more than what is happening today. They may be connected to unresolved emotional experiences that continue to shape how we think, feel, and respond to life.

When we begin healing the root, the symptoms often no longer need to speak so loudly.

Perhaps your body has been trying to tell a story your heart has not yet had the chance to share

Have you ever felt disconnected from yourself?

⚜️ You have everything you need, yet it feels like nothing brings you joy anymore. You wake up in the morning without enthusiasm. You feel like you’ve lost your meaning, direction, and connection to life.

Maybe you’re surrounded by people, sitting at the table with friends or family, but you just can't seem to connect with anyone. You smile, you talk, but inside you feel an emptiness. You get the impression that you are only physically present, while your soul is far away.

⚜️ In spirituality, it is said that at the crown of the head, there is an energy center called the Crown Chakra. It symbolizes our connection to the soul, to God, or to the Divine Source, however each of us understands it.

When this chakra is in harmony:
✨ you feel inner peace;
✨ you trust in life;
✨ you find meaning even in challenges;
✨ your intuition becomes clearer;
✨ you live with gratitude and presence.

However, when the energy flow is disrupted, you might experience:
• a sense of inner emptiness;
• a lack of meaning and direction;
• disconnection from yourself and those around you;
• confusion and a lack of inspiration;
• a deep sadness without an apparent cause.

An imbalance in the Crown Chakra doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Often, it is a message from your soul that it’s time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember who you are beyond the roles you play.

Healing begins with simple acts:
💜 meditation;
💜 stillness;
💜 prayer;
💜 time spent in nature;
💜 gratitude;
💜 releasing the beliefs that prevent you from seeing your own light.

✨️In our hypnotherapy sessions, we guide your mind to go deep into these chakras, clearing away heavy energy and restoring perfect harmony.

When you reconnect with your soul, you stop searching for what is missing on the outside. You discover that the answers have been within you all along. 💜

How Does Your Relationship with Your Parents Influence Your Business Success?

Very often, the answer isn't found only in business strategy.
Sometimes, it's hidden in the story your subconscious tells about your own worth.

In my practice, I've observed that the relationship we had with our parents heavily influences how we relate to success, money, authority, and self-confidence. This doesn’t explain every business challenge, but more often than not, it is the missing piece of the puzzle.

⚜️ Your Relationship with Your Mother – The Ability to Receive
It shapes your sense of inner security, self-worth, and your capacity to receive.
If you grew up feeling that you had to earn love, you may later find it difficult to:
• Charge what your work is truly worth.
• Accept success, praise, or recognition.
• Believe you deserve more, even when you work incredibly hard.

⚜️ Your Relationship with Your Father – The Courage to Be Seen
It influences how you relate to authority, leadership, and visibility.
A relationship marked by criticism or emotional absence can leave patterns like:
• Intense fear of being judged or exposed.
• A constant, exhausting need to prove yourself.
• Difficulty making bold business decisions.
• The persistent belief that "it is never enough."

📖 The Story Behind a Business Block
I remember a client who wanted to scale his business, yet every time a major opportunity appeared, he would find a reason to take a step back.

During our therapeutic work together, childhood memories began to surface. His father had been highly critical. No matter what he achieved, it was never enough. He grew up believing he had to be perfect to be worthy.

As an adult, it wasn't a lack of competence holding him back—it was the fear of being evaluated. The business wasn't the problem. The business simply brought an old wound to the surface—one that was ready to be healed.

Healing doesn't mean blaming our parents. It means understanding how our past shapes our present, and consciously choosing to release patterns that no longer serve us.
