If weight alone defined health, two people at the same weight would have the same health—but they don’t.
Two people may weigh exactly the same but have completely different body compositions.
The ratio of muscle mass to body fat, fat distribution, waist circumference, and metabolic markers give us a much more meaningful picture of health.
That’s why, in my office, we don’t look only at one number on the scale.
We look at body composition, functionality, and metabolic health.
Because the goal isn’t just to lose weight.
It’s to improve our health. 🤍
