🪷 Maybe it's time to introduce myself again.
I'm Melina the face behind Lotus studio.

🪷 After a long little pause from sharing here, I felt it was time to come back and reintroduce myself....and perhaps reintroduce Lotus too.

🪷 Since 2017, Lotus has been a space for movement, learning, rehabilitation, wellbeing and connection.
But more than anything, it has been a space for people.

🪷 A space to move, to breathe, to become stronger, to heal, to reconnect with the body and sometimes simply to feel at home in yourself.

🪷 Over the years, my own journey has continued to grow alongside Lotus.
Through Pilates,Yoga, Yin Yoga, Myofascial release, Functional Movement, TRX, Rehabilitation, Thai Yoga massage even my own personal Marathon running journey.

🪷 I've continued learning, exploring and deepening the way I support the people who walk through my door.
And perhaps that's what I love most about this work.
We are all lifelong students!!!
Our bodies change.
Our needs change.
We change.

🪷 So here I am, showing up again.
A little older, a little wiser, still learning, still growing and still deeply passionate about creating a space where you can come exactly as you are!!!

🪷 Whether you've been part of Lotus for years or you've never stepped through that door, I'd love to welcome you.

🪷 Our students are truly a reflection of us 🙌
Their progress, their consistency but most of all, their beautiful presence is what makes us teachers do what we do !!!
This is why I kept teaching for over a decade.

🪷 Is not about us !!!
It's about them !!!
Showing up for them, respecting their bodies, their uniqueness, acknowledging their injuries and helping them get stronger by encouraging them never to stop trusting their bodies.

🪷 In a world full of people who BELITTLE others please be the one that acknowledges people's worth, accomplishments and feelings!!!

🪷 After all, your students are the only judges you need!!!!

felt exactly like that.

🌿 I'm deeply grateful for this experience and for the space she held for all of us with such care, openness and presence.
We were truly aligned in the intention behind this gathering.
Creating a space where people could be simply themselves, without judgement, without pressure, just as they are.

🌿 There was so much honesty, softness, connection and authenticity in the room and honestly, this is what people need more of.

🌿 Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared, listened, opened up, felt grounded, and trusted the process.
We truly hope you enjoyed this experience as much as we did, and that you left feeling seen, supported and connected 💚
