What I learned in summer 2026!
Learned to keep my calm through my preteen’s storms (most of the time), because I learned his patterns. 😅
Improved my self-regulation and inner dialogue further, while accepting ambivalence as a part of my personality.
Learned that doing nothing also has its own importance and meaning.
Learned to follow the list without overfollowing it — doing as much as I planned, keeping the pace, and not turning everything into a race.
Stuck to my running routine (with a LOT of self-talk and persuasion). 🏃‍♀️
Stuck to my financial planning like a proper adult. 💸
Tried different dance classes over the summer. 💃
Saw a new country. ✈️
Taught my kids new, basic life skills and passed more responsibilities on to them.
Went to the sea so many times I actually got bored of it — a rare occurrence. 🤣🌊
Got officially diagnosed with degenerative spine disease (I was suspecting it anyway), and started actively managing it without medication. Not giving up!
Got my ferritin up from 18 to 48 through supplements. 😁 Let’s see how long it will hang on!
Looking forward to the beautiful autumn. 🍂
How was your summer?

Coment COURSE and will send you link with two free exercises for my post part recovery course
✅️ Save these for later, and try them when next time you are bored of simple kegels.
⬇️
Kegels shouldn’t stop at “squeeze and release.”
Start simple. Learn to correctly contract and relax your pelvic floor without compensations.
Then add movement. Your pelvic floor needs to work while the rest of your body moves too.
➡️Standing: Begin with a simple Kegel, then progress to coordinating it with movement and changing demands.
➡️Sitting: Practise the basics first, then challenge your pelvic floor while your body is moving and your position changes.
➡️Lying down: Start with control and awareness, then gradually introduce movement to make the exercise more functional.
Your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation in everyday life, so your rehabilitation shouldn’t stay there either.
✨️In my Online Post Pregnancy Recovery Course, progression is gently layered week by week, with each lesson building organically on what you have already learned.
This means you learn the basics properly without getting stuck doing only the basics. 🤍
