TNS Group of Companies is expanding and we are looking for two motivated and professional Receptionists to join our growing medical team in Paphos.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment and providing outstanding patient service.
📍 Location:
• Coral Bay Health Clinic – Coral Bay
or
• Harbour Medical – Kato Paphos
🕑 Shift Options:
• 08:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 20:00
📅 Work Schedule:
Availability required any day of the week (Monday – Sunday, including public holidays).
Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing appointment scheduling and telephone enquiries
• Handling patient records and administrative tasks
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards
Requirements
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer literacy (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
• Professional attitude and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
➕ Additional languages will be considered an advantage
