There is another question I receive very often:
“HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?”
After working as an emotional management practitioner since 2016 and witnessing the journeys, patterns, emotions, and dynamics of so many clients, my answer is simple:
‼️A session needs to last long enough for me to understand the origin of what is happening.
I don't believe in rushing through symptoms just to finish within a certain number of minutes.
I need to understand where the imbalance began, what created it, what keeps feeding it, and where the emotional or energetic blockage may be.
‼️Because what we see on the surface is often not where the real story begins.
There can be many factors behind a blockage: emotional experiences, relationships, environments, unresolved situations, accumulated stress—and, for people who understand life through an energetic perspective, experiences that leave them feeling energetically attacked, drained, or unprotected.
And this is also something we need to learn: how to protect our energy, how to establish boundaries, how to recognize what belongs to us and what doesn't, and how to stop allowing everything around us to enter our inner world.
Because the people we surround ourselves with matter.
I have learned to appreciate people with a positive template—people who bring peace rather than chaos; people who know how to respect boundaries, communicate without humiliating, listen without constantly judging, take responsibility for their actions, keep their word, celebrate others without jealousy, and love without needing to control.
People who talk less and act more.
People who don't need to shout in order to be heard.
People who don't attack others simply to prove a point, feed their ego, or convince themselves that they are right.
And then there are the dynamics that leave us exhausted:
Constant shouting. Attacking. Blaming. Manipulating. Competing. Proving. Controlling. Creating conflict just to feel powerful.
Very often, underneath all of this, there isn't strength.
There is deep dissatisfaction, sadness, insecurity, and an inner world that still needs attention.
And that work has to begin with ourselves.
Because at some point, we all deserve to reach a place where we can smile sincerely, breathe freely, feel safe within ourselves, and live without constantly fighting everything around us.
So, how long is a session?
‼️Normally, 60 minutes.
However, sometimes I extend the session when a specific moment requires more time. I don't believe in abruptly stopping when something important is unfolding.
But there is another part that is even more important than the clock:
‼️Your willingness.
For me, the most meaningful moment is when I see movement in my client—when I feel collaboration and hear:
‼️”Yes. I want to do it.”
Because if you don't want to participate in your own process, it simply doesn't make sense.
Imagine bringing food to someone who isn't hungry.
You can prepare it with love. You can spend your time, energy, money, and intention choosing and preparing the best food.
But if the person isn't hungry—or takes one bite and walks away—the food is wasted.
In the same way, when someone comes to a session without the willingness to participate, they may lose their time, money, energy, motivation, self-esteem, and trust in their own ability to change.
And the practitioner also gives something precious: time, attention, emotional presence, knowledge, energy, and intention.
This work is not something I do to you.
‼️We do it together.
And how often should you have a session?
For many people, I recommend 1-2 sessions per week, especially when we are actively working through something that requires continuity.
Why?
‼️Because consistency matters.
Imagine wanting to teach a baby to speak, but talking to them only once a month.
‼️It doesn't work that way.
Progress needs contact, repetition, attention, and continuity.
Of course, every person and every situation is different. We evaluate the individual circumstances and adjust accordingly.
But one thing remains essential:
‼️You have to want to be there.
You need to be willing to participate in your own process. You need to be able to engage with the work, and we need to trust one another.
You and I are not on opposite sides.
‼️We are a team.
I bring my experience, observation, knowledge, presence, and guidance.
You bring your honesty, willingness, openness, and commitment to yourself.
And together, we work toward one thing:
bringing you back to yourself.
