Most people think they have to force themselves into exercises like wall angels to improve their shoulders.
I disagree.
If a movement causes pain, pinching or feels impossible, forcing it usually isn't the answer.
Often it's about finding the right starting point.
In this video, I show how I use a TRX suspension trainer to help clients work on the same movement pattern without forcing the body into positions it's not ready for.
