My teachings are rooted in mindful, accessible practices that honor the essence of yoga — offering a space where less becomes more and where you can reconnect with yourself in a natural and gentle way. Tonight, after holding space for 13 beautiful women through cacao, meditation and a sound journey, I pulled a card for myself too.

Success.

And I smiled. Because in 10 days, something I have been quietly building, dreaming, and working towards for the last year and a half is finally beginning — our first Yoga Teacher Training.

And yes… I’m scared. I have doubts. I’m freaking out a little. 😅
What if I’m not good enough? What if I can’t give them everything I want to give? What if it’s not as beautiful as I imagined?

And yet, underneath all of that fear, there is another voice. A quieter one.
It knows.
It knows how much love has gone into this. How much work. How much of myself I have poured into creating it.

And tonight, I pulled this card:

“The effort you have been making, and the work you have been doing, will pay off.”

Sometimes we just need a little reassurance. A small sign saying: keep going. Trust what you have created.

I believe the universe is always speaking to us in little ways. We just have to be open enough to notice.

Tonight, I was listening. 🤍

WHEN YOUR BODY ASKS YOU TO SLOW DOWN 🌿

Have you been feeling that your body is asking you to slow down lately?

Perhaps you feel more sensitive than usual.
More easily overwhelmed.
Your sleep may feel different, your energy may come in waves, or things that you could once carry without much thought suddenly feel… too much.

Sometimes we immediately think that we need to pull ourselves together, become more productive, or simply push through.

But perhaps the body is asking for something else.

As women, we are not designed to live in one constant rhythm.

Just like nature, we move through cycles of expansion and withdrawal, activity and rest, giving and receiving. And sometimes the nervous system begins to speak more loudly when we have been moving against those natural rhythms for too long.

Maybe this season is not asking us to do more.

Maybe it is inviting us to soften.
To create a little more space.
To listen to the body before pushing beyond its whispers.
To rest without feeling that rest needs to be earned.

There is so much wisdom in the feminine body when we allow ourselves to listen.

Over the coming days, I will be sharing a little more around this theme, leading towards a NEW MEDITATION for the 9:9 PORTAL— a gentle journey into receiving, abundance and opening ourselves to what is ready to enter our lives.

A dear fellow yoga teacher shared something today that made me smile… because I could relate to it SO much. 😄

We become yoga teachers because we love yoga, we love teaching, and we dream about creating a life with more freedom, purpose and meaning.

And then somehow we also become the photographer, videographer, content creator, social media manager, graphic designer, marketer, accountant, receptionist, event organiser, administrator… and CEO of our little one-woman business. 😂

I think so many yoga teachers and wellness professionals know exactly what I’m talking about.
Behind every beautiful class, workshop, retreat or training there are hours and hours of invisible work that nobody really sees.
And still… I wouldn’t change it. 🤍
I love what I do. I love creating. I love teaching. I love bringing people together.

I just sometimes wish I could clone myself. 😂

🌿 Women’s Yoga Teacher Training | September 2026

Our one-year 200-hour Women’s Yoga Teacher Training begins this September in Tala, Paphos, and we are now welcoming the final few women into this journey. 🤍

This is not a fast-track certificate. We meet for one weekend each month over the course of a year, giving you time to learn, practise, integrate and truly embody the teachings.
Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, the training also brings a deeper understanding of the female body, hormonal rhythms and emotional landscape, creating an approach to yoga that honours women through the different stages of life.

Whether you feel called to become a yoga teacher or simply wish to deepen your own practice and understanding of yoga, you are warmly welcome.

✨ Yoga Alliance accredited – 200 hours
🌿 September 2026 – September 2027
