I am thrilled to announce that my new book, Into the Cold, is now up on Amazon! After over six years of ice swimming, cold coaching, and instructing the Wim Hof Method, I have finally released my own story as to what all the fuss is about. Unlike other texts that merely cover the benefits of cold exposure, I also go deep into the challenges and discomfort we face we regular chilly dips. It is a wild ride and one well worth this fun read!
