The origin – straight from clinical practice.

The SPINEFITTER was born 5 years ago from a simple question in a physiotherapy setting:

What can we change for patients who can’t lie comfortably on traditional fascia rollers?

The first solution?
Tennis balls – sewn into socks and even jeans.

Why?
To create space for the spinous processes of the spine, provide more stability, and allow the shoulder blades to release downwards. This helps open the upper chain and enables targeted pressure alongside the spine.

The result:
Improved shoulder mobility, reduced back pain, and incredibly positive feedback.

And the best part?
Patients didn’t want to give the tools back.
