In my Chinese foot massage I integrate the use of three tuning forks -128, 64 and 32 Hz - as a gentle complement to the manual treatment.

They are applied in contact with the body, without invasive pressure, offering subtle vibrational stimuli that the body can naturally perceive.

This delicate vibration acts as a form of non-verbal communication with the nervous system, inviting tissues to respond to rhythm and movement, enhancing deep relaxation, sensory integration, and body awareness.

The intention is not to “do” something to the body, but to create the conditions in which the body can listen, regulate, and rebalance itself.

The use of tuning forks is safe, non-invasive, and supports the overall effectiveness of the Chinese foot massage treatment.

Chinese Foot Massage for Expecting Mothers

This pregnancy foot massage is available after the third month and is carried out with great attention and respect for both mother and baby.

During the session, I work with the “Anterior Heaven” map — a concept in Chinese medicine that describes the original breath that generates life.
It represents the vital forces that weave together with time and space to support conception, the shaping of the embryo, and the ancestral influences that guide the formation of a new being. These forces then connect with family and social influences in the earliest years of life, forming the foundation of one’s path.

Working through this map allows a gentle and safe approach focused on the baby’s well-being, ensuring no unexpected side effects.
It offers the mother a peaceful, grounding moment and supports the quiet connection between her and the life growing inside her.

If you are in Berlin and seeking a supportive and relaxing experience during pregnancy, I would be happy to welcome you.

Chinese foot massage opens the door to a different kind of well-being — the kind that begins when we accept who we truly are. When we stop judging ourselves, we create space for real change.
This ancient Taoist practice helps us recognise our own qualities, even those revealed through our flaws, and teaches us to care for ourselves long after the treatment is over.
Five thousand years later, the Tao still whispers its secret: maybe we won’t become immortal, but we can live in harmony with ourselves and with others.

A vivid reminder of our inner tree:
our feet are the roots: they anchor us, channel energy, maintain balance.
The trunk is our core, steady and aligned.
The branches are our limbs, thoughts, actions reaching outward.

In my Chinese foot massage (TCM & reflexology), I work energetically through the meridians and reflex zones of the feet.
This treatment helps to purge physical and emotional toxins, to harmonize Qi, to stimulate circulation and bring balance to the whole being.
To root ourselves is essential — when our roots are nourished, the energy can rise through trunk and branches unimpeded.
Taking care of your feet is caring for your entire system, helping you feel grounded, vital, alive 👣✨

Let the roots be strong, let your being grow - Book a session today to reconnect with your roots and nurture your whole body!
