You’ve outgrown the rooms you’re still trying to be chosen in.

Not because you haven’t done the work. You know your patterns. You catch the fawning response in the moment it’s happening, and it happens anyway. That’s not missing insight. The insight has been through for years.

What hasn’t caught up is your nervous system. It still runs on the level it decided was safe back when managing everyone’s feelings was the smartest thing you could do.

So you keep explaining yourself to an audience that was never going to book with you. You keep softening for the man who goes quiet. You keep small to fit yourself to a room you left a long time ago.

The way through isn’t more healing or a better strategy. It’s the capacity to stay with yourself while someone doesn’t choose you back. To say the true thing and stay upright in the silence afterwards, and to let the wrong people fall away without going after them.

That’s what clears the space. The right people, the work, the love cannot find you while you’re saying yes when you mean no.

That’s what we build in my 1:1. Comment SPACE and I’ll send you the details. ❤️‍🔥

I took over a year off from launching anything new to listen deeply to what body of work wants to emerge through me.

The past years have been full of initiations, lessons in grace and dignity and a deeper unraveling of who I am - as a woman in my feminine essence, as a spaceholder, and a leader.

In the last months I’ve developed a state of innate dignity, grace and worth that has turned my outside world 180 degrees.

Everything no longer aligned (jobs, people, places, beliefs, behaviors) has been falling away almost naturally.
Sometimes this has been emotional and wobbly, but mostly it’s been effortless, magnetic, like a deep exhale.
It felt like jumping timelines into the reality I’ve been praying for for so long.

So I sat down and asked: What has made this change possible for me and for many of my clients too? Because it was far from random. Years of somatic refinement, emotional truth, identity work and attachment healing went into this.

Many tea sits and dances later (this is where I channel most of my work), RETURN TO RADIANCE emerged as the answer.

Radiance for me has little to do with outward appearance (although the inner work will show on the outside) and everything to do with following your heart’s compass again and the magnetism that comes from that.

What I’m presenting now is a 10-week somatic depth journey shaped by nine years of trauma-informed spaceholding and my own lived embodied journey.

This container is for women living in the cocoon of functional freeze, for recovering people pleasers ready to put themselves back at the center, for anyone who has a big dream for her life and is afraid to act on it. Together we move from self-abandonment to deep innate worth & trust, flirting with life again and answering the call your soul has been nagging you with for too long.
This is for the woman whose dreams are bigger than the capacity her nervous system is currently operating from.

If you are her, comment or DM me RADIANCE.

I feel strongly that this will be the only round I’ll offer of this intimate work, as it is born from a deeply personal space. There’s so much magnetism waiting for you inside. 🐚

Setting a boundary and leaving the room are not the same move, even when they look identical from the outside.

I’ve watched this happen in a lot of women now, including myself.

The moment you wake up to what you’ve been tolerating is genuinely powerful. Something in your system that has been frozen for years finally moves. And the first thing it usually wants to do is leave.

Leave the friendship. Leave the job. Send the message and block the number.

Sometimes that’s exactly right.

But I’ve also sat with women months later who left everything, felt free for about three weeks, and then found themselves in a new situation swallowing the same things again. Because the leaving was fast and the capacity underneath it was never built.

Staying in the room while you say the true thing is a much harder skill than walking out of it. It asks your body to tolerate being misunderstood, resisted, maybe not met. That’s the part almost nobody trains, and it’s the part that actually changes what happens next.

Your system learned to disappear in connection. It learns something different the same way.

That’s what we train in RETURN TO RADIANCE together over 10 weeks.
To allow yourself to meet your needs, wants and desires again and build your capacity for handling the discomfort that comes with it initially.

You’ll be held by a group of women that witness and support you as you build the capacity and corrective experiences your nervous system needs to catch up with your vision.

Let’s put yourself back at the center of your life.

The early bird is on sale now.

Nobody builds capacity by jumping into your panic zone.

Most of the women I work with have already tried that version.
Quitting your job without a backup plan, the vulnerability hangover after overhearing something deeply personal online, the big launch that ended in crickets and chaos.
And then the conclusion that this just isn’t for us. Wanting to throw the towel.

Often followed by a big crash, shrinking and hiding for weeks afterwards.

I love big moves. But they have to be backed up by our nervous system (and best also by your bank account).

Your system isn’t refusing to grow. It’s refusing a dose it can’t metabolise.

That’s why small steps make such a huge difference in the long run.

You go close enough to the edge that something in you rises, far enough from it that you can still feel your feet

🪶 you send the voice note you’ve rewritten four times
🪶 you say your price and stay in the room while it goes quiet
🪶 you let the compliment land without deflecting it
🪶 you publish without it having to be perfect and stay with what happens in your body for the next hour

That is where the capacity actually gets built.

And we come back the next day, and the cliff has lost a few metres, because your body has more room in it now for what it once had to avoid.

What’s the thing that sits slightly out of your range this week?

And if you want to start building that range, comment CAPACITY and I’ll send you my Emotional Capacity Practice ❤️‍🔥

We were taught that feminine means soft, sweet, endlessly available. Most of us learned it young, in a house where being sweet was the safest thing we could be. 🕊️

There’s a whole industry now teaching women how to be more feminine, more soft girl. And the promise is always the same: get small enough, and life will finally hand you the love, the money, the rest.

The patriarchy rewards the woman who swallows her truth and calls the woman in her power too masculine. Because a woman who has integrated her power is genuinely dangerous to a system built on her adaptation.

Then something wakes up. The anger arrives, the roar, the no. That phase is real and it isn’t the destination. It’s a nervous system that spent years in freeze finally coming back online.

What comes after is the refinement. A woman rooted in her own dignity, moving from grace, posture lifted. She doesn’t need volume to be clear (though she can be loud when it’s called for). Nothing gets tolerated that harms her, and no fury is required to say so.

She can be soft, generous, open, because she’s embodied in it, not because she’s earning something with it. Her boundaries hold while her heart stays open.

Think of a woman giving birth. The most feminine thing on this planet, and the most primal and powerful. It’s all in the womb, at the same time.

Feral, feminine, fun, flirty and fierce. All at once. That’s what makes you magnetic.

You don’t have to trade your softness for your drive, or your open heart for your voice. We unlearn the adaptation patterns, and we build the capacity in the nervous system to hold both. ❤️‍🔥

This is the work we do in RETURN TO RADIANCE, my 10-week live somatic group for recovering good girls and people pleasers.

This is still the question I get asked most.

I understand my patterns so well. Why haven’t they changed?

Because understanding lives in your neo-cortex, and the pattern lives deep in your subconscious, in your nervous system.

And changing your pattern requires you to create a connection between you neo-cortex (understanding) and older brain parts like the limbic system (emotion) and brain stem (sensing).

That’s why you can name your attachment style and still say yes when you mean no. Still give the discount nobody asked for. Still spend the evening calming yourself down before you’ve even noticed what you feel.

Fawning isn’t a character flaw. It’s a survival response, and it did its job beautifully. It kept you safe. It kept you loved. And it was never something you decided.

Which is also why deciding won’t undo it.

Swipe to learn what actually does 🐆

And if you’re ready to work on these patterns somatically instead of in your head: RETURN TO RADIANCE starts 20 October. A container to move from self-abandonment to your magnetic presence, to taking up space - and letting go of the survival responses that keep you where you’re at.

Ten weeks, somatic, trauma-informed, in a group of women moving through it at the same time.

„Just feel it in your body“ is a hard instruction to follow when your body was trying to protect you from feeling pain years ago.

Numbness is not a failure of practice.
It is what your system organised when the emotion was bigger than what could be metabolised at the time.
And chronic pain often carries a similar story: something that was never allowed to move and be felt, still held.

Paradoxically, the answer to both problems is still to learn to get out of „thinking“ your emotions and getting your nervous system on board.
But it needs a different approach then just „feel them fully“.

Here’s 3 steps you can start to feel your emotions again:

1. Go small: Take in small doses of sensation, called titration. 3-5 seconds is enough.
2. Pendulete: Move between the edge of discomfort and what is neutral or pleasant, even if it’s just tingling in the little toe
3. Create an image for your emotion: color, shape, texture — what changes in the emotion when you make it visible? What changes in your body?

The sensation was never the destination. It is the door. What moves through afterwards is the emotion that has been waiting.

Your system speaks in more than one language, and it will use whichever one is available.

If you want the practice itself, the Emotional Capacity Practice walks you through the dosing, step by step.

Comment CAPACITY and I will send it to you. 🧬

I used to think I was doing it right.

Morning practice, breath before the difficult call, the whole toolkit on my phone. And I was calmer, genuinely. I was also still not saying the thing that needed saying, still over-functioning with everyone, still tired in a way sleep didn’t touch.

What actually changed it wasn’t more practices. It was capacity: room in my body for the emotions I had been regulating around, and someone steady enough to stay with me while I found it.

Most of what gets sold as nervous system work stops at calming down. Calm is useful. Calm is also the lowest bar there is. Your regulation should be handing you back your voice, your desire, your creativity, your appetite for your own life. If it isn’t doing that, something is being covered rather than healed. 🐚

Swipe for the 8 things I’d want you to know before you do one more practice.

Then tell me in the comments: which one landed in your body?

Something I hear a lot in first sessions, usually twenty minutes in, right after a woman has told me something she has been holding for years:

“Sorry, I don’t normally talk about this.”

And then, quieter: “I don’t really know who I would tell.”

These are women with friends, with partners, with full lives. Women who hold everyone else beautifully. What they carry alone isn’t sitting there because nobody loves them. It’s there because their body learned early that the hard parts get handled privately, and that lesson holds even when the room is full of people who would gladly stay.

So we get very good at the alone version. The late night practice, the walk, the journal, the breath. And every time it works, something in us files the same quiet evidence: I’ve got this, nobody needs to come.

I’ll keep sharing practices here, because they help and they’re worth having. What I want to say alongside them is where their edge sits. They give you calm, clarity, a wider range to respond from. They can’t finish what your body left open, because completion asks for a witness. That was never something you could download.

One thing you could try this week: take the thing you’d normally breathe your way through, and say it out loud to one person who can stay with you. Then notice what happens in your chest while somebody looks at you and doesn’t leave. 🐚

HEART ON FIRE, my somatic 1:1 mentoring, is months of exactly that. Being met in the places you have only ever gone alone, while you build the capacity to take the risks that have been calling you all along.

10/06/2026

Calming yourself down can be its own way of avoiding the feeling.

I see it constantly in skilled, trained women — the anger rises before a hard conversation, the fear spikes after you post, and within seconds you’re breathing it away. Box breath, vagal toning, a walk. It looks like regulation. Honestly, it’s often suppression with better technique.

A regulated nervous system holds range. It can feel the full wave of anger, grief, fear — let it move through the body, complete the cycle it started — and then settle into rest on its own.

That settling, after the wave has moved, is what self-regulation actually means.
The emotion you keep managing down is carrying something: a boundary, a need, a truth you’ve been postponing. Until it’s felt, the charge stays in your tissue — the jaw that won’t release, the shoulders that live at your ears.

Comment CAPACITY and I’ll send you my free guide to feel your emotions without overwhelm. ❤️‍🔥
