It is with a mix of gratitude and regret that we share an important update regarding our beloved project, RAHM - Investing in Global Future LGBTIQ+ Leaders and their Community.

We want to start by expressing our deepest gratitude to each of you – the wonderful personalities who made RAHM what it was. You were the beating heart of this project. Without your commitment, passion, and vision, RAHM would never have reached such heights. Each of you contributed something unique, and for that, we will always be grateful.

Despite our collective efforts, we've faced challenges in securing the necessary funds and sponsors for the 2024 contest. In light of this, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily put the project on hiatus, effective from the 1st of February.

For a more detailed discussion on this matter, we will send a more detailed message in our RAHM newsletter today. We encourage you to read it for a comprehensive understanding of our current situation and future plans.

This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on our vibrant community. However, we remain committed to the vision and goals of RAHM, actively exploring avenues to resume our mission.

We express our heartfelt gratitude for the support you've shown thus far. In the interim, we want to assure you that the private LinkedIn and Facebook groups will remain open. We encourage you to stay connected, share insights, and foster the strong community bonds that make RAHM special.

Eric brings a unique and creative flair to our community. He's the visionary behind "Hardwearables," a q***r subversive clothing label that adds a vibrant touch to the fashion world. But there's more to Eric than just fashion – he's a culinary enthusiast who loves to cook, an avid gardener, and a gracious host known for his delightful dinner parties. 🌍👗🍴

In the RAHM community, Eric is eager to explore what the community values and desires in mentorship programs. His extensive background as a consultant working with over 30 clients across various industries, including tech, travel, healthcare, and non-profit, equips him to share valuable insights on finding one's path to self-employment and cultivating effective management and corporate culture practices. Til is on a mission to empower LGBTIQ+ entrepreneurs through his groundbreaking project, Identity Ventures. As Europe's pioneering venture capital fund, Identity Ventures is dedicated to championing LGBTIQ+ founders who take pride in their identity.

In the U.S., LGBTQ+ venture capital investments have not only yielded financial success but have also made a significant social impact. Now, Identity Ventures is leading the charge, bringing LGBTIQ+ investment to Europe. The fund invests in early-stage LGBTQ+ led technology startups across Europe and beyond.

As you are aware, we work on a few sister projects - especially STICKS & STONES, the LGBTIQ+ Job & Careerfair in Europe. SXS is like the big sister that throws awesome parties, invites all the cool kids on the block, and gives you the outfit you've always been too nervous to wear but look badass in! 🎉 🌟

This year's celebration is right around the corner - on the 1st of July. As per tradition, we will representing the LGBTIQ+ Leadership Community and we are inviting all our fellow RAHMers to join too! 🤗

At this year's STICKS & STONES, they offer you the best entertainment on 4 stages. 💎
30+ speakers are eager to share their expertise with you. Talks start at 11am.
Our talks will be multilingual, with over 10 talks being held in English!

Totally clear that RAHM can't miss this chance. We are waiting at our stand in the community area. We are looking forward to you!
