🌸Chestnut Bud — The Bach Flower of Breaking Old Patterns

This bouquet was gifted to me a few weeks ago by someone dear to my heart. It’s only as these buds began to open these past few days that I recognised the flower… and felt the full power of the message.

I wasn’t looking for her. She found me.

Stumbling by chance through the ancient cobblestone alleys of a little mountain village in Albania, lost somewhere between the peaks and the Adriatic blue…
There she was. Wild, delicate, growing straight out of the old stones.

Star of Bethlehem. 🌼🤩

The Bach flower for the shocks we carry in silence. The sorrows we never quite let go of.

And somehow, finding her here — in a country with such a layered and powerful history, yet standing so beautifully — felt like more than coincidence.
