Today marked 6 months since I started Shanta Massage in Harmonie Studio.

It was quite overwhelming in the beginning, as I’m the massage therapist, marketing, photographer, videographer, editor, designer, customer service, accountant, receptionist, and also laundry cleaner.

At the same time, I’m employed 4 days in a chain massage studio, and also doing vagus nerve-related massage training and women’s massage training. But I slowly find the flow to maintain balance in between and knowing my limits.

I always check in if I’m in a good condition physically and mentally to give a good massage.

I hate social media, but it brings me something good. I have connected with many beautiful clients and friends through this platform. Thank you 🙏

Today I celebrate the 6-month mark of Shanta Massage with 3 sincere returning clients.

Der Bauch wird in Ganzkörpermassagen oft vergessen. Dabei ist dieser Raum zwischen Zwerchfell und Becken eng mit unserem Atem verbunden und speichert oft mehr, als wir wahrnehmen.

Gerade für Frauen verändert sich dieser Bereich ständig – durch Zyklus, Schwangerschaft oder Wechseljahre. Der Bauch darf weich werden, loslassen und achtsam berührt werden.

Let me reintroduce myself. I'm Ling. Three years ago, after experiencing a profound emotional release during a Lomi Lomi massage course, it led me onto the path of self-healing. I feel the flow of energy through giving and receiving massage, which is beautiful and full of love.

After more structured training in anatomy and wellness massage with , I gained the confidence to step into the world of massage and begin working professionally.

I have been working in a chain massage studio in Berlin Mitte for more than a year now and have guided close to 1,000 massage sessions, which I consider my practice ground. I started my Tuesday evening studio in January 2026, where I pour my energy into the space to welcome my own clients.

The human body and mind are a weaving of a complicated map, but it is so interesting to learn and be aware of its connection. I'm fascinated by it, and I'm still in the process of learning.

Currently, I'm doing a training that focuses on women's massage, which is incredibly healing and powerful.

My goal is to support women in finding stillness through touch, and to help them reconnect with their bodies through awareness, presence, and care.

The space

I take care of every detail in the room setup, everything matters, from the scent, massage table linens, music, and lighting, to the tea selection.

I make sure my clients feel extra comfort and deep relaxation when they step into the room, and that they can carry this calming energy home after their massage session.
