Project successfully delivered! ✔️🇱🇷

👉 In eight different hospital sites, some in the most remote corners of Liberia, we have just completed a project that embodies what Yess Pharma GmbH stands for: bringing high‑quality medical technology to places where it is hardest to deliver.

👉 Together with our local partner, we equipped and commissioned critical diagnostic and neonatal care infrastructure for Welthungerhilfe in an environment marked by limited roads, unreliable power supply and challenging logistics. Every piece of equipment in the photos had to overcome these hurdles before it could start saving lives.

👉 What makes this project special is not only the volume of equipment, but the fact that everything was fully installed, calibrated and tested on site. From neonatal warmers and phototherapy units to examination lights, oxygen concentrators and laboratory devices, our teams worked room by room to transform empty spaces into functioning clinical environments.

👉 Equally important was hands‑on training. Together with our partners from DCL, we conducted intensive sessions with local clinicians, technicians and lab personnel, focusing on daily operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

👉 We are also proud that this work has been approved and supported by Partners In Health-Liberia, underlining the clinical and technical standards applied throughout the project. Their endorsement confirms that the solution we implemented is aligned with international best practice while being adapted to local realities. It also highlights the value of close cooperation between global and local actors when strengthening health systems in fragile settings.

👉 For Yess Pharma GmbH, this project in Liberia is more than a successful delivery: it is proof that a small, highly specialized team with strong partners can implement complex medical technology projects under extremely difficult conditions. We are grateful to Welthungerhilfe for their trust, to DCL for their tireless work on the ground, and to Partners in Health for their guidance. Most of all, we are motivated by the knowledge that these devices will directly support better care for mothers, newborns and patients in a region that has been underserved for far too long. 🚑

Yess Pharma GmbH Acquires BMT Medizintechnik GmbH to Expand Market Reach and Innovation Capabilities.

𝘔𝘦ß𝘬𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘩, 𝘎𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺, 12.02.2025 — 𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗚𝗺𝗯𝗛, an international supply company for medical devices and consumables, today announced the acquisition of 𝗕𝗠𝗧 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗸 𝗚𝗺𝗯𝗛, a prominent manufacturer of surgical instruments based in Meßkirch, a small city close to Tuttlingen. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in Yess Pharma’s mission to enhance product offerings and expand international market presence with a strong partner like BMT.

With this acquisition, BMT Medizintechnik GmbH will continue to work as a standalone company with the same brand, being now part of the Yess Pharma’s group. The expected benefits of the acquisition:

• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: With new products to offer, manufactured by BMT, this acquisition will help Yess Pharma on reaching new customers and markets.
• 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The integration of Yess Pharma’s expertise in international projects will enhance BMT’s product offerings and accelerate innovation.
• 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: By combining operations, the two companies will leverage economies of scale, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

In e press release statement, Yess Pharma wrote, “We are excited to welcome BMT Medizintechnik GmbH to the big family. This acquisition is a strategic move that strengthens our position in the medical devices industry and in general in our offerings and allows us to better serve our customers with cutting-edge and high quality products, all Made in Germany. It will be a big boost in our international approach by combining our experiences and networks of partners.

The transaction was completed on 12.02.2025 at an undisclosed value.
