the end is near

this weekend our 200h yoga teacher training continues with module 5 of 6 — we are approaching the final stretch of this incredible journey together.

watching this group grow, deepen their practice and find their own voice as teachers has been one of the most beautiful things to witness. the dedication, the courage, the openness — it shows in every class, every breath, every moment on the mat.

two more modules to go. we can’t wait to see where this journey takes each and every one of you.

45 minutes. No equipment. Just you and your body — and a room full of people showing up for themselves.

All levels welcome. Whether you’re just starting out or already training regularly, this class meets you where you are.
