Maybe what you’ve been longing for isn’t more, maybe it’s space.

Space to breathe.
Space to soften.
Space to rest.
Space to come back home to yourself.

These days, that ‚time off‘ isn’t always easy to find, even if it sounds so simple. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and keep going… rest can feel like a practice in itself.

This October, I’d love to welcome you back to a place that holds a very special part of my heart: Hortas do Rio. We’ve gathered here before. A place where the days naturally slow down, where we reconnect with nature, with each other, and with ourselves. Slow mornings, daily Yoga, nourishing food, quiet moments, deep rest, and meaningful connection.

A week to step away from the noise.
A week to listen inward.
A week to remember what it feels like to simply be.
