MOVE for VENEZUELA.

on 29 August, we are turning YOGALOFT into a space for movement, community and support.

MOVE FOR VENEZUELA is a donation-based class day created to help people affected by the recent catastrophe in Venezuela, where many have lost their homes, their safety and their sense of normality from one moment to the next. YOGALOFT teachers and guest teachers from our wider community will come together to offer different class formats throughout the day.

All classes can be booked for 0 € through Eversports. On the day itself, every participant is invited to donate any amount they wish. Every donation collected will go towards supporting people affected in Venezuela.

Summer is just around the corner, and we’re excited to share what’s coming up this month:

• Discover our » Test Classes « and get a feel for the unique teaching styles of our new instructors.

• Celebrate with us at » ELEVATE HER – Mother’s Day « with Sophia. This special class is designed to honour motherhood through movement, connection, and shared experience. As a gift, all moms join for free. Open to all levels.

• We’re thrilled to welcome Sultan, founder of Harmony Pilates Düsseldorf, for both a Reformer Pilates and a Mat Pilates class. Afterward, stay for a short Q&A to learn more about the practice and the body.

• One of our favourite traditions returns: » YOGA IN THE PARK «. Don’t forget to bring your mat and enjoy moving outdoors with us.
