About:

We are a community of five young adults aged between 24 and 32, along with eight chickens and three cats. Our home is an old farmhouse located an hour west of Berlin, surrounded by nature. Our vision is to live in harmony with each other and the natural world, creating a sanctuary of

simple, fulfilling living away from the hustle and bustle of modern society. Our community aims to share our little paradise with others, offering a platform for sustainable practices, permaculture, meditation, and yoga workshops and seminars. Our permaculture garden is already substantial, and we are continually working to become more self-sufficient over the years. We follow a sustainable lifestyle, including a vegan/vegetarian diet and organic food. Our community life is always evolving, with structured work times, check-ins and checkouts, and plans for the future, but we also allow for free-flowing activities depending on what's alive in the community at the moment. We prioritize at least one evening a week for community building and a weekly plenum. Other activities may include sauna, singing Bhajans, playing cards, and massaging each other. Our community values open and honest communication, as well as being aware of each other's needs. We believe that speaking from the heart leads to great solutions for any situation.

Ian Wilkes (Men's and Sacred Intimacy Guide for Couples) and Valentina Cannavo (Ta**ra and Yoga/Meditation Teacher) will share with you proven methods and practices to truly work with and take care of each other's nervous systems, integrate your psychological shadows, heal emotional wounds and open to spirit in a practical and safe way together. No previous experience in this work is needed.
