Please get in touch to learn more! As a doula, I am dedicated to listening, honoring and supporting mothers and their families.

As a doula, Breastfeeding Counsellor (EISL) and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator (The Mongan Method), I support parents throughout pregnancy, birth as well as the transition to life as a new family. I believe in holding a safe, non-judging, mindful space so that you may be uninhibited in your exploration of pregnancy and birth. My goal is that as you deepen your knowledge of yourself, your body a

nd your baby, you strengthen your own voice. Thus, you empower yourself and continue to advocate for your needs and those of your baby all while you determine your own unique path to birth. I am pleased to be able to offer the following classes / services in the Hamburg area:

Every once in a while I write a contribution to the Über Moms Newsletter. This past month I shared some book recommendations that can be used as stepping stones to talk about manners, ideals and values.

After my mom's visit last Autumn, I really noticed how much more support I needed to offer my children so that they can fully embrace and espouse these values. Practicing them in day-to-day life has not been enough. Using books has been a helpful tool and a fun way of emphasizing their importance.
