ATTN Hohenfels Parents! Get Ready for the School Year & Sports Season!

Need a Child, Youth, and School (CYS) health assessment or sports physical? The U.S. Army Health Clinic (USAHC) Hohenfels is hosting a CYS & Sports Physical Event to get your kids ready.

WHEN:
• Tuesday, 11 August (0800 - 1630)
• Thursday, 27 August (1300 - 1600)

WHERE: AHC Hohenfels

WHO: All beneficiaries ages 0-18 utilizing CYS services or needing a sports physical.

IMPORTANT: This event is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Walk-ins will not be accepted. Each streamlined appointment is scheduled for 15 minutes to respect your time and get you on your way. Please complete all the forms before your scheduled appointment slot.

HOW TO BOOK: Call the clinic appointment line at 06371 96464 3300 to secure your slot today! Spots are limited and will fill up quickly.
Please remember to bring all necessary CYS forms already filled out with you to your appointment.

Important update for the Hohenfels Dental Clinic!

Change in hours effective until 28 August 2026

Hours:
Sick Call - 0630-0830

Monday to Friday 0630-1130, 1200-1500

The Dental Clinic is closed every 3rd Thursday of the month from 1130 for training.

U.S. Army Health Clinic Hohenfels will close early on 02 July 2026 starting at 1200 for the Official Change of Command where LTC Robert B. Davis Jr. will relinquish Command to LTC Fernando (OJ) Najera.
