Every 1. Monday night and every last Wednesday a month I offer an open, transpersonal atemgruppe. With the help of our breath we come directly and easily to unresolved lebensthemen. These are shown in the process and are converted by breath into living energy. It can be very liberating for people who have considered and analysed intellectually everything.
Nights also allows you to immerse yourself in an enlarged, transpersonal consciousness room. The intention of this meeting is to do exactly that as a common journey to learn the spirit.

The breath groups are less of a strict guided, but rather an open, casual meeting where it is possible to meet other people interested in growth. I have been offering these meetings for more than 10 years in leipzig in order to be able to be responsible in a secure framework of profound experience processes.
Experience in holo breathing or other breath processes or breathing from yoga are not necessary.
The fee per night is 10,- euro. With 10 Card 8,- euro.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, an hour of 08 hours is held in practice (Schlegel 7, südvorstadt). They offer Kristin and I in change. We start on time! Please be there a few minutes. The doors are open from 7.45 For Beginners, the Tuesday appointment is better than the meeting on Thursday, since it has more structure.
