What if confidence wouldn’t be that fleeting feeling that hides, when things are going wrong, but a steady source of stability? Even and especially when doubt is present?
This is what we’re building in our sessions.

Eight years ago I stepped off the court and onto this side of the net. Since then: a ton of experiences around the globe, a baby, a move to Argentina, and at some point it became clear — the structures I built back then no longer fit the woman an professional I’ve become. So I didn’t start over. I refined. Same essence, clearer message, calmer delivery.
Very happy to present you my new website.

A thought of a consultation today:

Sometimes you end up in a place you didn’t want to be.
Injured. Benched. Behind. Done.
And a parti of you keeps insisting: this shouldn’t be happening.

You can fight reality.
But reality always wins.
Not because it’s stronger.
But because it just is.
The pressure isn’t coming from what happened.
It’s coming from the story you’re telling about it in your head.

You don’t have to like what is.
You only have to stop arguing with what is.
Embrace reality.

That’s where movement become possible again.

This is one topic that I see keep showing up in my consultations.
It’s scary to acknowledge, that we don’t know what’s coming, but it’s a fact and to keep holding on to expectations can cost us the present moment.

Discipline has its limits.
Not because you lack it — but because some things in us don’t respond to pressure.
What looks like resistance is often protection.
A part of you trying to keep you safe — from failing, from being seen, from not being enough.
Pushing against it doesn’t quiet it.
Understanding does.
That’s where something softens.
Not through more pressure.
Through a different relationship with what you feel.

Often athletes think doubt would be something something to fix.

Something that shouldn’t be there
if they really wanted to perform.

But the more they try to get rid of it,
the stronger it becomes.

What changes things
Is not removing doubt…

but understanding it.

It always felt a little off to me.

Trying to be something
I wasn’t actually feeling.

Forcing confidence.
Acting ready.
Holding it together.

There’s something strange about it.

Because it doesn’t really land.
Not in your body.
Not in your performance.

What I’m starting to trust more is this:

You don’t need to fake it
to make it.

You can just… make it.

Most athletes I work with don’t actually struggle with confidence.

They struggle with their relationship to doubt.

They try to get rid of it.
Control it.
Replace it.

But what if doubt is not the problem?

What if the struggle with it is?

Learning to perform doesn’t mean becoming mentally stronger.

It means becoming more open to what is already there.

This is something I explore in my work with athletes.

Mental toughness is often understood as the ability to control or eliminate difficult emotions.

But the psychological reality of sport is different.

Doubt, pressure and vulnerability are natural parts of performing at a high level.

The question is not how to remove them.

The question is how athletes can learn to perform while these experiences are present.
