The Practice that holds you like a Mother🩷🩷🩷
We often talk about yoga in terms of flexibility, strength, or mindfulness. But if you have spent time on the mat practicing Ashtanga Yoga, you know it is something entirely different.
Ashtanga is not just a physical routine - it is a relationship.
And like any profound relationship - especially the fierce, unconditional bond between a mother and child - it is breathtakingly beautiful, deeply grounding, and occasionally, wonderfully difficult.
It accepts you exactly as you are.
The practice doesn’t care if you can touch your toes today, if you fell out of your balance, or if your mind is racing a mile a minute. It meets you on the mat with open arms, ready to hold space for whatever version of yourself you brought that day.
Namaste 🙏🩷
