A fully digital All-on-8 workflow from start to finish.

This case began with 3D implant planning, followed by fully guided surgery using two surgical guides—one before extraction for precise positioning and a second guide after extraction for guided implant placement.

After surgery, implant positions were captured using photogrammetry with 8 scan positions recorded in just 26 seconds using the Shining photogrammetry system, providing a highly accurate digital foundation for the prosthetic workflow.

Thanks to the excellent primary stability achieved with the Camlog Progressive Line implants and the accuracy of the photogrammetry workflow, a same-day temporary restoration with a very passive fit could be delivered.
