𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

This case demonstrates a simultaneous approach combining implant placement with sinus floor elevation and lateral ridge augmentation. A 1:1 mixture of cerabone® plus and maxgraft® + HyA was used to achieve both volume stability and favorable remodeling, while a Jason® membrane supported guided bone regeneration.
