A wonderful few days in Oslo completing the final module of the FAMO Fascia Movement® Teacher Training: Teaching & Functional Sequencing.

So much of what we’ve explored throughout the training came together in this last immersion. Not only the movement principles and sequencing, but also the art of teaching - how to create practices that are intelligent, functional, embodied, and alive.

Deep gratitude to for her generous guidance and vision, and to this beautiful group of fellow teachers. Learning alongside you has been a joy, and I have a feeling our paths will cross again. Deep gratitude to Therese for making this possible for all of us.

Between sessions, walks along Åkeselva, shared conversations, laughter, and learning, this training has been about much more than movement.

I leave feeling inspired, nourished and excited to share FAMO more fully through classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.

✨ Movement is never just movement.
It’s relationship, awareness, adaptability, and connection.

As we move into a new year, I’m reflecting on what our practices are really here to support — not just flexibility or strength, but how we meet life itself.

Rasa Yoga is where we practice being in life.
While fascia work helps us sense and nervous-system practices help us regulate, Rasa Yoga brings everything together — into movement, choice, and meaning. Through breath, intelligent sequencing, philosophy, mantra, and myth, the practice invites strength and softness to coexist, on and off the mat.

From January, I’m offering a carefully curated mix of yoga and fascia-focused classes — shaped by my recent certification as a FAMO Fascia Movement Teacher and many years of work with breath, fascia, and nervous-system regulation.

Here’s what’s on the weekly schedule:

🌿 Rasa Yoga
• Mondays 17:00–18:30
• Mondays 18:45–20:00
• Thursdays 17:00–18:15
A heart-centered practice blending flow and form, breath, mantra, myth, and embodied alignment. Strength and softness in equal measure.

🌱 FAMO Slow (Tuesdays 17:00–18:15)
Gentle, fascia-friendly movement for softness, ease, and nervous-system balance. Slow spirals, waves, breath, and grounding.

🌾 FAMO Basics (Wednesdays 16:30–17:30)
A drop-in introduction to FAMO Fascia Movement®. Accessible, curious, and embodied — perfect if you’re new to fascia-based movement.

🌿 Roll & Reset (Thursdays 18:30–19:45)
My signature blend of rolling, breath, gentle fascia work, and a touch of restorative support. A weekly nervous-system reset.

🌿 FAMO Saturday Reset (Saturdays 9:00–10:15)
A nourishing weekend practice to unwind, restore mobility, and reset after the week. Spacious, grounding, and exploratory.

All classes are designed to support movement, breath, fascia, and nervous-system regulation — helping you move into the new year with more ease, clarity, and resilience.

NEW 12-WEEK CLASS SERIES FOR 2026 ✨

I’m excited to share my updated class offerings for the new year — shaped by my recent certification as a FAMO Fascia Movement Teacher and a year of deep study in fascia, breath, and nervous-system regulation.

Over time, my teaching has evolved naturally.
I’ve moved away from traditional restorative yoga because I see that most students need more than passive resting — they need nervous-system support, better proprioception, and breath that helps them move through life with steadiness and ease.

So this year’s classes reflect a fresh, grounded approach that works on fascia, breath, awareness, and emotional regulation.

Here are the new 12-week class series for 2026:
🌿 Rasa Yoga – 12-Week Series
A blend of flow, form, mantra, mudra, breath, and myth.
Strength, softness, philosophy, and grounding all woven together.
Mondays 17:00–18:30
Mondays 18:45–20:00
Thursdays 17:00–18:15

🌱 FAMO Slow – 12-Week Series (Tuesdays 17:00–18:30)
A gentle, fascia-friendly class replacing my previous Rasa Gentle & Restoratives.
Soft spirals, waves, breath, grounding — perfect for stress, fatigue, and nervous-system care.

🌾 FAMO Foundations – 12-Week Series (Wednesdays 16:30–17:30)
A welcoming introduction to FAMO.
Learn the essential patterns: spirals, recoil, waves, and breath-led movement.
Great for beginners or anyone wanting to understand their body better.

🌸 Roll & Reset – 12-Week Series (Thursdays 18:30–19:45)
My signature blend of rolling, FAMO principles, breathwork, and a touch of restorative support.
Each week we explore a new area of the body to release tension, improve breath, and settle the system.

Payment Option:
You can pay ½ at registration and ½ on December 30th if you want your first 2026 series to be paid before VAT begins on January 1st. 2026.
