Abdominal & Core Release 🌿✨

Your abdomen is more than digestion — it’s your emotional center, your breath, and your deep core support.
Muscles like the diaphragm, psoas, iliacus, and abdominal fascia work together to regulate breathing, stabilize your spine, and connect your body to your nervous system.

Modern life overloads this area. 💻 Stress, shallow breathing, emotional tension, poor posture, and digestive strain often lead to tightness, bloating, restricted breathing, anxiety, and low energy.

Why these muscles matter:
• Diaphragm — primary breathing muscle; tension limits breath & increases stress
• Psoas — links spine to legs; holds survival tension & affects posture
• Iliacus — supports hip mobility & pelvic stability; tightness restricts movement
• Abdominal fascia — surrounds organs; restriction affects digestion & fluid flow

Physiotherapy notes: chronic stress, gut issues, sedentary habits, trauma, or postural imbalances can create deep tension in this area.

Biodecoding: difficulty “digesting” emotions, control patterns, suppressed feelings
Louise Hay: abdominal discomfort may reflect fear, resistance, or holding onto unresolved emotions. Softening this area supports release & trust.

A deep abdominal massage can:
• Release visceral & fascial tension 🌀
• Improve digestion & gut motility ✨
• Enhance breathing capacity 🌬️
• Support nervous system regulation 💧
• Reduce bloating, stress & emotional holding

Your belly holds your breath, your emotions, and your inner center. Treat it with awareness. ✨

Yes, some of you arrive with very real, very persistent pain—
chronic tension that hasn’t responded to anything else,
a body that feels stuck, tight, or exhausted.

And we work with that, with significnat results.
Yet something interesting happens in the process…

At some point, the focus shifts.
It’s no longer just about ‘fixing’ the body—
it becomes about listening to it.

As sessios go by, it becomes a special moment and place where it's rather about staying in peace with your body. Feeling it. Understanding it. Reconnecting with it.

And in that space,
many of you start experiencing somethings new:

a sense of safety,
a deeper awareness,
a quiet connection with yourself…
sometimes even something beyond words.

And from there—
the pain, the tension, the stress—
they don’t need to be forced away.
They begin to let go.

So I’m really curious…

What resonates more with you right now?

1️⃣ Mainly pain relief
2️⃣ A deeper connection

This is not about chasing tension…
it’s about giving your body time to reveal it.

Through slow, sustained pressure,
your system is invited — not forced —
to explore what lies beneath the surface.

When there is no rush,
something deeper begins to happen.

Your nervous system starts to feel safe.
Your breath softens.
Awareness expands.

And the body… begins to reorganize itself.

Because real relaxation
doesn’t come from being pushed —
it comes from within.

This work is not just about releasing a muscle,
but about understanding how inner tension
shapes the whole body.

Less doing.
More listening.

Not every body needs the same kind of work.

At Bioritmica, there are two different approaches—and the difference goes far beyond pressure.

🔥 Deep Tissue (Californian style)
Slow, precise, and focused.
It works locally, going into deeper layers of the muscle to address chronic tension and long-standing patterns.
Ideal for pain, tightness, or specific areas that feel “stuck”.

🌊 Wellness (Hawaiian style – Lomi Lomi Nui)
Continuous, flowing, full-body work.
Instead of focusing on one point, it restores balance through rhythm and movement.
Perfect when your body feels tired, sensitive, or overloaded.

Most people choose intensity…
But sometimes, what your body really needs is something different.

✨ Learn to listen to it.

Feet & Plantar Relief 🌿✨

Your feet support your whole body, balance, and movement.
Structures like the plantar fascia, intrinsic foot muscles, flexor tendons, and ankle stabilizers work together to absorb impact, adapt to the ground, and keep your posture aligned.

Modern life overloads them. 💻 Long hours standing, walking on hard surfaces, restrictive shoes, poor gait mechanics, and stress often lead to stiffness, plantar pain, reduced mobility, and fatigue.
Physiotherapy notes: improper footwear, flat or high arches, repetitive impact, prolonged standing, or previous injuries can overload this area.

Biodecoding: moving forward in life, direction, feeling stuck, lack of grounding
Louise Hay: feet may reflect our understanding of ourselves, our path, and our connection with life. Releasing tension helps us move forward with trust and stability.

A deep foot massage can:
• Release plantar & fascial tension 🌀
• Restore foot and ankle mobility ✨
• Improve circulation & lymphatic return 💧
• Calm the nervous system 🌬️
• Reduce stress, fatigue & accumulated load

Your feet hold movement, direction, and grounding. Treat them with awareness. ✨

Lower Back & Lumbar Relief 🌿✨

Your lower back supports your spine, posture, and core stability.
Muscles like the erector spinae, quadratus lumborum, multifidus, and psoas work together to stabilize your lumbar spine, enable movement, and protect your nervous system.

Modern life overloads them. 💻 Sitting long hours, stress, shallow breathing, and poor posture often lead to stiffness, lower back pain, limited mobility, and fatigue.

Why these muscles matter:
• Erector spinae — stabilize vertebrae; tension causes stiffness & aches
• Quadratus lumborum — lateral bending & hip support; tightness may radiate to hips
• Multifidus — deep spinal support; weakness reduces stability
• Psoas — connects spine to legs; chronic tension links to stress & hip/back pain

Physiotherapy notes: poor posture, weak core, repetitive lifting, sedentary lifestyle, or previous injuries can overload this area.

Biodecoding: fear, insecurity, over-responsibility, or carrying too much weight
Louise Hay: lower back pain may reflect fear, lack of support, or financial worries. Releasing tension helps feel supported & confident.

A deep massage can:
• Release deep fascial & muscular tension 🌀
• Restore lumbar mobility ✨
• Improve circulation & reduce inflammation 💧
• Calm the nervous system 🌬️
• Reduce stress, fatigue & chronic pain

Your lower back holds support, security, and groundedness. Treat it with awareness. ✨

What I found different about this Deep Tissue approach, compared to other styles

is that it gives the body’s "inner physician" the space to restore balance. The intention is not to fix you, but to remove what’s blocking your system from regulating itself.

That can only happen when the nervous system feels safe enough to "feel". To really feel the tension. The pain. The discomfort. The unease.

That’s why this isn’t a traditional powerful, activating, vigorous massage. Instead, we slow down.

We give time and attention to every detail that wants to express itself—from the inside out.

It’s less about doing… and more about stopping the avoidance. The rushing. The fighting. The hustling. It’s about staying with the discomfort.

Meeting it without trying to change it.

Going deeper—not to remove, but to feel more. And more. And making that a new habit.

This is how the massage stimulates the central nervous system and neuroplasticity. It re-educates the body to process pain differently.

And that’s how tension releases—from the inside out. Simply by feeling. Without control. Without forcing. Without ego-based intervention.

Make a pause. Look. Just look, give space and time. Breath. Listen. Feel your whole body. And what Sourrounds it. Stop gently, and stay at each small detail, without expecting, without trying to change it, without judging. Just hold yourself back, and observe. Stop fighting, stop running away. Notice whatever comes: thoughts, sensations, emotions. Attention expands, a tension codes. Rush decreases, a preasure releases. Breath deeply. detach, let go, more on.

Deep body work in Bioritmica is more about stop-doing, quit hustling, and staying with what there is, as it is. This is not a Traditional Massage. I am not here to change any part of your body, to check it, to remove something wrong, to unleash a nod, to take away the pain. I am here just to help you connect your parts, to calm the mind, and let your inner physician do the job. Your body knows how to regulate itself. I do not do anything else but to help you understand that the body holds patterns of tension unconsciously taken in that creates discomfort. Patterns of reaction that comes from fear, stress, anger, sadness, so on…

My job is just to facilitate a deep body work in which you can relate with your pain with more loving-kindness. And make it a self-care routine. It's all more about finding your own healing rhythm and moving along.
