Du tilmelder dig hos Thomas direkte, ligesom de andre ugentlige lærere, bortset fra Jack Davis som fortsat bruger www.yoganet.dk hvor du kan se det fulde skema og kontaktinformation på hver klasse på skemaet. God fornøjelse. Verden har brug for mere Yoga.

Onsdags Hathaflow på Frederiksberg. Første gang gratis i hele februar.

Næste gang er onsdag den 11. februar kl. 17.00-18.30 på Yogacentralen, Allégade 25A, kælderen.

Hathaflow er en lidt mere dynamisk klasse med fokus på styrke, fleksibilitet og udholdenhed. Selvfølgelig er der også åndedrætsteknikker, en kort meditation og det vigtigste - en afsluttende afspænding. Du går fra klassen med et smil på læben og i godt humør☺️

Første gang gratis i hele februar. Ellers 140,- per gang.

We hope your Summer is going well out and about, and to see you for some latesummer Yoga.

We are happy to announce that Sandy again is offering a Vinyasa class — this time to get you started on Wednesdays in the renovated studio in the new right-sized incarnation of Yogacentralen.

Vinyasa class on Wednesdays 07:30-08:45 from August 6th 2025.

Below you will find the current, happy schedule with Hatha with Thomas, Yin with Pia, Vinyasa with Sandy & Pia, and Iyengar Yoga with Jack.

Jack's classes are open for sign-up on Yoganet: 1/125kr 5/450kr 10/800kr.
These Iyengar Yoga classes are also offered via Zoom for your convenience.

Christiane, Pia, Sandy, and Thomas are handling sign-up and payment themselves. Please find contact information on the classes on Yoganet.
