The Wounded and the Healer

They no longer stand in contrast to each other in a dependent relationship of being giver and receiver.
Here there is no need for a helper, because here there is no victim.

Inside the Healer lives the wounded, and inside the Wounded lives a powerful healer –
who are awakened in the light of each other, but not by each other.

This is gradually becoming very clear within me.

In my work – both therapeutic and pedagogical – the question often arises:
"Do you think you are succeeding in helping?"

And I feel how my need to help is vanishingly small.

The more I have illuminated, embraced and released the wounded within myself,

the less I need to solve it in my surroundings.

Not out of apathy. Not out of brutality. Not out of indifference at all.

But you see – the more I have embraced, loved and taken ownership of my wounds and my shadows,
the stronger a powerful healer has grown within me.
In the encounter with and out of the wounded.

Not a savior –
but an inner healer,
who transforms darkness into light,
shame into integrity,
unconsciousness into living insight and vitality.

So when I move in the world and feel my need to help intrude,
I know that I am facing a powerful mirror –
a mirror that awakens my inner healer and points me towards the darkness within me,
which is reflected back and begs to be met.

Therefore, when I release myself as a helper,
I release you as a victim –
and I release the violation of the deep, innate power for healing that lives within us all.

So when I don't want to be your helper,
it's not because I lack compassion—
but because I'd rather be a mirror.

A mirror that shows you that your pain, your wounds, your trauma—
all your guilt and shame—
are the gateway to awakening your own inner, powerful healer.

You are not a victim.

You are an alchemist.

When the Wounded and the Healer begin to unite in one person,

we no longer need to save each other—
we can remind each other with our presence that healing is possible.

Hi everyone :)

On 18.5 we will meet centrally in Kolding for a couple of hours of reflection and exchange.

Through light movement, meditation and exchange, I will create a space for slowness, reflection and contact, with the aim of regulating everything that goes too fast in the body and mind. Here, what lies beneath can find space. The present, which calls for contact, and we are often too busy to meet, can be allowed to step forward and make contact in a shared space.

From there, we can move out into the world and orient ourselves from a slightly truer place within ourselves ❤️

Why should we meet in this way?

When people sit in a circle to reflect and exchange, something happens both in the contact within ourselves and between us.

We are allowed to discover something about our common humanity through reflection and contact. This is how we allow ourselves to belong ❤️

When we slow down, land in our bodies and let our entire organism calm down, we create space for the system - body, mind, emotions to restore harmony and balance. Here we can actually discover something about ourselves, and our present.

When we share, we are allowed to experience being received and receiving. Something that is so deeply important and connecting to our basic need to belong and be okay, just as we are ;)

I think it makes sense to hold and create space for that. And I also think there is a need for it. 🌞

Therefore come. Receive and be received. Let's practice, together, in the presence many of us long for

Hello everyone:)

It has been a while since there has been activity from here.

There have been various reasons for this. For my part, I have been in a deep dive for the past many months. Both in a professional immersion, where I have started to educate myself in trauma therapy, and also in a personal immersion, to examine some deeper layers of myself and focus more on who I am and my values as a facilitator.

Now the time has come, when I feel ready to turn a little outwards, pass it on and hold space for the inner orientation, with a focus on body, meditation and exchange.

I want to create group contexts where you have the opportunity to be slow, feel and express the body in different ways and allow what IS to be present and be exchanged in a safe space. We learn about who we are in relation to others, so its an offer to explore yourself, accept yourself further and to integrate.

I think we really need that.

We live in times of great change, and just as well as outside of us, so is it within us. I really think we need to care for ourselves and relate, finally, to what it's like inside.

I also think we need to witness each other. To see, experience and gain experience in being human beings who not only accomplish a lot, but ARE a lot, inside.

I think we need to both support each other, but also be supported and held in community.

In a way, it's not something we know that much about. We haven't really learned that vulnerability is a strength that we can carry on our outside.

So let's practice. Together.

Does it resonate? So let me know and in that way help put energy into getting it created ❤️

Love, Rebecca
