Time and again we are moved by our users. This is a beautiful love story❤🙏:
My RotoBed® was Tony’s last gift for me
At night, when Marisa Bray from Malta goes to sleep in her RotoBed®, she sends warm thoughts to Tony.
"Tony was my everything. And my bed was his last gift for me."
Marisa, 58 years, suffers from the autoimmune disease Lupus and multiple chronic conditions consequently. She has a lot of pain, but when she and Tony started looking for a care bed, it was actually for Tony. He had cancer and with time also mobility issues, so Marisa found the company OSS (RotoBed® distributor in Malta).
"We went there, and as soon as Tony saw the RotoBed®, he was just like: “Wow, that’s the one! We will take two, one for me and one for you too, because I know how much pain you are in. This is my gift for you.” Less than one week after, he was gone…"
Tony died unexpectedly quickly, and sadly, he never got to benefit from his RotoBed®. Fortunately, Marisa is benefiting greatly from hers.
"I always look forward to going to bed because, despite the pain, I know I am going to get a good night’s sleep. I can adjust all the parts and make myself very comfortable, and when my pain I strong, the rotation function is very beneficial."
Marisa Bray is a woman with a positive outlook. She still manages to work 4 hours a day from her home office, and with pictures of Tony everywhere she remembers their wonderful relationship. The holidays, the laughs, the friendship. Even though Tony died before the two RotoBed®’s arrived, she chose to keep them both.
"I know that was his wish. I think he wanted me to look at the bedroom and see something different. And I do, and I am glad there are two beds. I like to imagine when I go to bed that he is somehow still here with me."
