Spring water or hydrogen water? 💧

Nature has always given us water with something extra

Spring water rises through rock and picks up minerals along the way: calcium, magnesium and bicarbonates, each spring with its own signature

Hydrogen water carries dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂) and minerals as well for elecrolysis to occur
It’s tasteless and invisible, and researchers are studying it for its role in oxidative stress and recovery

(Search for example ERW and Molecular Hydrogen water in PubMed)

And here’s where the two meet:some of Europe’s famous “healing springs”, like Nordenau in Germany, have been linked to natural hydrogen

Many of them realize they’re pouring their passion, countless hours and a lot of work into something that isn’t paying off

I truly believe we are creative beings🌀We need a product, a service, something of our own beyond motherhood, even though for me, being a mom is the highest purpose

I’m deeply committed to helping these women grow, to growing together, and to building a community where I can share what I’ve started and learned along the way: how to start without knowing anything, how to scale, and how to invest in something long-term and sustainable

Every single day, I clean up the beach (as much as I can)

I’ve realized that in the north, the problem is more hidden. Plastic is everywhere there too, it’s just better managed. Here, plastic is visible. It’s everywhere

I put a lot of effort into focusing on the good, but this is something so close to my heart. I grew up by the Mediterranean, and when I was a little girl, it wasn’t like this

So, whatever you believe, whatever you do in life, realize that this is not okay

We are all eating it. Our children, our family members, all of us.

And we can all do something about it💩
