PLANT MEDICINE & ENERGETIC HEALING CEREMONY 🌿

Are you ready to meet yourself beneath the old layers?

We invite you into a four-hour ceremony with Mapacho, Hapé, somatic shaking, Energetic Life Force Activation, and Deep Energetic Healing. Together, we will create space to ground, feel your body more deeply, and explore the patterns and beliefs you may be ready to release.

Mapacho will be used to open and cleanse the space; participants will not smoke it. Hapé is applied through the nose. It is not psychedelic, but it can have strong physical effects.

The ceremony is held by Måne-Lys and Pierre. You’ll receive a preparation email and application form after booking, and we’ll share a small snack at the end.

Before booking: This ceremony is not suitable if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or heart disease, are experiencing psychosis or mania, or take antipsychotic medication. If you have asthma or are experiencing active PTSD symptoms, depression, or deep trauma, please speak with us individually first.

Full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable. Please give at least seven days’ notice if you need to cancel. Photos and videos may be taken; contact us beforehand if you don’t wish to appear in them.

Contraction and expansion…

Around this time last year, I entered a deep immersion.

It felt like a lifetime, and it felt like a second.

After years of energy work, soul journeys, ceremonies and training as a spiritual medium and healer, I suddenly stood face to face with everything my body had been holding.

My body hurt. A deep shaking moved through me. Something was ready to rise.

Before entering this training, I had already done years of inner work. I had fought to return to myself after sexual, physical and emotional violence, to heal and build a greater capacity to hold life.

But this training taught me, first of all, that I know nothing.

You know nothing.

And when we believe we know something, it does not necessarily mean we have embodied it. Sometimes, we have only mastered it through the mind.

Within this container, I released old trauma held in my womb. I moved through ancestral fear, grief and sorrow. I freed the laughter that had once hidden my scars.

I rose from the ashes and into the flame, embodying the warrior within me more deeply.

We shed, died and were reborn. We held and mirrored one another. We cried, laughed and remembered.

It created so much space within me.

Only one year later, I dare to live my dream in a more embodied way, with everything that comes with it.

I am still shedding.

Each layer I release creates more space and a greater capacity to hold what I am here to hold.

And a deep thank you to my teacher, Simon, for holding me through my deepest fears, for trusting in my power, truly seeing me and opening the way for new layers to be embodied.

This path asks for sacrifice, devotion and great responsibility.

But this is why I am here.

I am here to serve.

🌿🐉A quiet moment of ritual.🐉🌿

Honoring Mapacho and Rapé. Sacred medicine carrying the grounded wisdom of the grandfathers.

Medicine of steadiness and presence.
Of clarity, opening and deep clearing.
Medicine that invites us to slow down, listen and meet ourselves honestly.

We approach it with humility and respect for the Indigenous traditions and lineages that have carried this wisdom through generations.

We are now slowly beginning to open the doors to the ceremonial spaces we will create together.

Our first gathering will take place this autumn

Amanita muscaria 🍄

For many years, I felt her calling.

I was fascinated by her and deeply curious, but I had also grown up hearing that she was poisonous and should never be touched.

A year ago, I began learning about her more deeply and exploring her through microdosing. Today, I gathered the first Amanita muscaria of the year, and I have been waiting for this moment.

There is something deeply nourishing about gathering mushrooms from the land where you live. Finding her beneath the trees, learning her seasons and slowly building a relationship with her.

She feels like a wise and ancient lady. Her teachings arrive through dreams, sensations and subtle movements within the body. In my own journey, I have experienced her as supportive of deep rest, vivid dreaming and profound healing within the dream world.

Across northern Eurasia, Amanita appears in folklore and accounts of ceremonial practices. Some historical accounts also connect her with old Sámi traditions here in the North, where she was approached as a powerful teacher. Over time, much of this knowledge was lost or pushed aside, leaving mainly a story of poison, danger and fear.

Like many powerful medicines found in nature, Amanita can be poisonous when prepared incorrectly or taken in the wrong dosage. She must be approached with knowledge, care and deep respect.

This winter, I feel called to dedicate myself more deeply to studying her cycles, her medicine and her mystery.

Our journey has only just begun. 🍄

🌹A glimpse into Womb of the Earth 2026🌹

We gathered as women from different places, entering the sacred space of the womb. The womb within ourselves and the womb held through ceremony.

Together, we called in the Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman and the Wise Woman.

We journeyed through our inner shadows, uncovering hidden truths and shedding old identities. Through meditation, movement and deep inner listening, we allowed ourselves to be shown the sacred path unfolding before us.

We gathered in sisterhood to heal, bond, connect and share.

Thank you, beautiful women, for your courage, your openness and all the wisdom you brought into this sacred space.

She learned to be quiet.❤️‍🩹

She learned not to be seen or heard.
But she is the sacred woman.
She is the gateway between life and death.
She is the birthkeeper of light and the dark flame of transformation and destruction.

She is the living water flowing into every cell.
She is healing.
She is intuition.
She is creation, death and rebirth.

We must awaken the sacred feminine from deep within the soil. Not only for ourselves, but for our children, for those who came before us and for those who are yet to come.

🌛🌿Naturen var den, der reddede mit sind og min krop.🌿🌛

Naturen, planterne og deres visdom hjalp mig med at finde tilbage til livet. Til min kerne. Til det at være menneske og til følelsen af at være forbundet.

Min rejse begyndte i mødet med elementerne. I det, der findes mellem linjerne og mellem verdenerne. Jeg begyndte at lytte til det, der blev fortalt, og til den medicin og visdom, der blev delt med mig.

Det er herfra, alt mit arbejde udspringer.

Det udspringer fra jorden.
Fra naturen.
Fra elementerne.
Fra den ældgamle visdom, vi stadig har adgang til gennem planteriget og planternes medicin.

Det udspringer fra vores forbindelse og vores relation til alt levende. Fra den healing, der kan finde sted i os, når vi genopdager, at vi ikke er adskilt fra naturen, men en del af den.

Naturen spejler os hele tiden.

I årstidernes skiften.
I det lille frø, der bryder gennem den sorte muld og strækker sig mod solen.
I træerne, der slipper deres blade, når efteråret kommer, trækker næringen hjem i stammen og går i hvile gennem vinteren.

Det hele afspejler os.

Vi er en del af den samme cyklus. Den samme bevægelse mellem liv, død, hvile og genfødsel.

Men vi har glemt det.

Vi har glemt så meget.

Måske er tiden kommet til at huske igen. 🌿
