Four days. Countless moments.

Over the past days, I had the honour of holding space in a one to one retreat filled with ceremonies, rituals, nature, reflection, and healing.

There have been beautiful processes, hard work, tears, laughter, insights, and moments of deep connection.

It never ceases to amaze me what can happen when we slow down, step away from daily distractions, and allow nature, prayer, and intention to guide the journey.

Deep gratitude for the trust, courage, and openness that made this retreat possible.

A reminder that healing is not always easy, but it is often found in the places where we are willing to meet ourselves fully.
