Saturday 19 September 2026 | 10:00–14:00 | Yogaverset
What if you gave yourself a whole morning with no plans, and no to-do list, just to rest in silence?
This half-day retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down and connect with the present moment. From 10:00 to 14:00, you’ll spend a few hours exploring what it feels like to meet yourself with warmth, curiosity, and care. You will experience guided meditation, mindful movement, and the quietness of shared silence.
No prior experience is needed. You don’t need to know anything about compassion or have a regular meditation practice. The retreat is designed to be accessible and welcoming for everyone, from complete beginner to experienced meditator.
We’ll move through a series of sitting and movement practices: a compassionate body scan, breathing meditations, mindful walking, and loving-kindness meditation, woven together into a 4-hour retreat that is nourishing and surprisingly spacious.
We will also practice mindful eating together - a small snack will be provided, and we invite you to bring a simple lunch to enjoy slowly in the company of others. This is a chance to slow down and truly savour your food. Please avoid bringing anything strongly scented.
We will close the silence gently, with a quiet conversation to bring the experience together before you step back into the world.
