My most effective tool for alignment is

I have been doing this practice since I began channeling the Goddesses. It was how they told me to connect with them to embody their energies and awaken my own feminine power as the first thing.

The tool or practice is simple: summon the Goddess’s energy within me by saying “I am [the name of the Goddess]”.

I feel the energetic shift immediately, and sometimes I continue saying the phrase until I feel a deeper shift within me.

Sometimes I feel hesitation or fear arise at first, and then, after repeating the phrase for a bit, I feel a change. I feel the energy of the Goddess open up from within me. I am this Goddess, embodying the qualities she mastered in her lifetime.

When we think of the Goddesses, we often imagine them having domains such as love, peace, and prosperity. The reason why they are associated with this area of life is that they mastered it in the human experience (or they are the experience, like some of the goddesses that are not personified)

See, most Goddesses were human beings walking the planet at some point in Earth’s history. While they dived into this world of matter and duality, they maintained their focus on bringing the divine qualities that their soul carried here, into their bodies. Therefore, they were working to master various aspects of human life, and they have since shared the light codes for transforming and mastering that experience.

Which Goddess would you like to embody the qualities of? Think of her, then start saying, “I am [the name of the goddess].” Now, feel how the energy shifts.

A few days ago, I pulled the card Hekate, who is the goddess of crossroads and becoming. I was puzzled first, but then I summoned her energy within me. It felt clear - the energy that Hekate mastered was to hold the intention through changes. Keep feeling what is on the way without wavering or reaching for it before its time, and let it unfold, being sure that it is on the way to you.

It has been three weeks since I last posted. Only a few sporadic stories of my dog in between 😂 Well, I guess this is what’s taking the focus right now.

But there is more - and I want to share what I feel is happening right now in myself and the people around me.

I feel the big shift that happened earlier this year has opened a new path for many of us, catapulting us forward at great speed. The new path is the new version of us. And while it feels steadfast in many ways, it also feels confusing and blurry to stand between the person you once were and who you are becoming.

Guidance that seems to lead to dead ends, only to pick up moments later, once you’ve released your resistance to yourself and the situation.

And also so much inspiration calling us forward to unknown territories.

When I am at the leaps in my life, it has always felt like this person I can feel inside myself, that I know I will become, but I don’t know when or how (which can be confusing). It almost feels like memories just from the future. I remember the future. It’s exciting to say the least.

I will do my best to pop in again now that my sleep has become more regular and our puppy has learned to sleep in her own bed 😂😅🐶💗

When my partner and I were still just friends, he would call me when he went to IKEA to help him pick out furniture. Not because he didn't know what he wanted or wasn’t independent, but because he valued my insight and wanted to include me in his life. Funnily enough, it turned out we got into a relationship, and the bed I helped pick out became my bed… our souls probably knew it already back then. 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏼

There are so many things I wish I had known earlier. Still, I walked the path myself to discover how to energetically align with a relationship that was mutually supportive and aligned with my highest potential.

Hello, dear one 💗 How are you? It is truly an auspicious time we’re in! I don’t know about you but I feel that we are following a manuscript carefully written by the highest version of ourselves - yet the plots and twists are only revealed minutes before they appear. It is giving a sense of not knowing until we are in the middle of it.

I know we have a lot of fiery Aries energy going on. And while Aries can be very self-centered and pushy in a childish way, I feel it is also an invitation to be bold about our own mission. If we stay in our highest alignment (or the desire to be so), we will feel a higher octave of the Aries energy. And then this time can be used to cut our mission in stone, so no one will doubt why they are here and what their purpose is.

I know that if we get lost in the fire of this energy, it can feel greatly uncomfortable to move forward (or stay put), but know that the moment we get clarity, it will fuel our forward movement.

What if your future is going to be nothing like your past? And what if it doesn’t have to be any of the potentials you see around you?

What if you get to create something completely new?

Something completely YOU!

We spend so much time thinking about our past. And when we think about our future, we refer to our past for what we like and who we are.

Maybe the ‘you’ you are becoming is different from who you were, and likes different things.

We might also look around for others in our age group, gender, nationality, etc., to see what is possible for us. What if that is not representative of the future we can choose?

My guides - the Goddesses - ask you to open your heart today! Open your heart to the future. Not the one you think is possible, but the one you’ve already written, which is waiting to come into form.

Don’t judge what comes up. Stay open to the unknown future.

This week, my beloved and I celebrated our one-year anniversary together. 💕

He was my best friend before he became my romantic partner. At this point, it sounds romantic to me to transition from friendship to romantic partnership, but there was a time in my life when that would have been impossible. Not because it didn’t come up as an opportunity earlier in my life—it did several times, actually—but because I was relating from my wounded self, and that version of me felt deeply terrified of deepening the friendship, where consistency, safety, and support were present. When the friendship began to include intimacy, it suddenly felt suffocating and limiting. I got the icky feeling and panicked.

And this wasn’t the only way my woundedness showed up.

It might seem crazy to you if you grew up with a father who was consistently loving and supportive and eased into a safe and supportive romantic relationship, but for those of you out there who have experienced the wounded masculine archetype and learned what a romantic relationship is supposed to feel like based on that, you will recognize yourself in my story.

I will share more of my journey in my newsletter in one of the coming days. I am happily sharing all the gold nuggets because I know my journey isn’t rare. It is a classic example of wounded relating, but what might be rare is that I managed to go deep and retrieve the version of me who is relating from her wholeness—and that part I will share too!
