🤍 Things becoming a massage therapist has taught me...

• Pain doesn't always come from where it hurts.

• Two people can have the exact same symptoms and need completely different treatment.

• Every body responds differently to massage, even when the problem looks identical.

• Sometimes the body is carrying months—or years—of tension before it finally asks for help.

• I've learned that listening is just as important as the massage itself.

• The hardest lesson? Separating empathy from business. When someone walks in exhausted, in pain or struggling, every part of me wants to help them, even if that meant doing it for free.

But I've also learned that I can't pour from an empty cup, and I didn't build a business to keep the lights on with good intentions alone.

• Helping people never gets old. Seeing someone leave with less pain, a deeper breath or a smile they didn't walk in with still feels just as rewarding as it did on day one.

✨ Becoming a massage therapist hasn't just changed the way I work.

It's changed the way I see people, pain and the incredible ability of the body to heal when it's finally given the right support.

👄 These are the comments I get after a Buccal Massage...
