Inner Dance is not ‘’dance’’ as we typically know it. It is a Sound & Sensory Healing Journey assisting us to shift into heightened perceptions, deeper states of awareness, awakening the innate power to heal from within.

In a safe and sacred space, using musical structure of waves (as taught by Pi Villaraza, founder of inner dance from Philippines), and other sensory experiences including intuitive touch, sound and smell, we are assisted to drop into a deep space of trust and allowing.
