I teach the person in front of me — not just the exercise.

Start with protein, add some fibre, then complete your plate with foods that will keep you satisfied and energized.

You don’t need a “perfect” breakfast. You just need a better balance. 💛

Next time you’re at a buffet, look at what’s available and build your plate with intention.

The Nutrition & Healthy Life Club is about more than classes or Pilates.

It’s about staying connected to your health throughout the year — through movement, wellness, nutrition, activities, community and new experiences.

And yes… our Move & Discover activities are part of it too. 👀

You say you don’t have time to cook.
You don’t have time to prepare your meals.

But if you want something to change, something in your habits has to change too.

One thing that helps me? I prepare before I’m hungry.

I shop, wash, cut, portion and freeze what I need for the week — so when hunger hits, the healthy choice is already the easy choice.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You need to prepare yourself for the choices you want to make.

Because sometimes, changing your health doesn’t start with motivation.

It starts with preparation. 💚
