𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗨𝗣 𝗔 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬
Our ancestors have always chosen for fresh meat s as preferred choice followed by nuts and fruits. Our gut biome has been developed around these nutritional choices for generations.
As far as nutritional needs, nothing has changed today. It’s just that we’re surrounded by so much processed foods with additives and flavors. All makes you addicted to want more of it. Poison. I’m no different than you.
I have been addicted to processed foods for a long time and breaking that addiction has freed me. Mentally and physically. I do occasionally enjoy something outside of my dietary guidelines. But I always run back to safety.
Find the right foods that improves your health and make it your safety. Viciously guard that safety!
